Our spacious 2300 sqft villa has game room, and a private pool and spa, backing onto a beautiful pond. With high end furnishings this home was designed to exceed all your expectations and make your stay both memorable and enjoyable. Our Villa is a beautiful place to retire at the end of an eventful day, offering everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home, relax in the pool/spa, watch a movie in the home theater, play snooker, read a book from our library, walk/jog on the trail around the pond or better yet watch Disney's fireworks from the lounge chair while sipping a drink. Did we leave out anything ? Hope not ! The house has a digital lock and check-in with a management company to get access is not required. Your party will be assigned a code for the lock for your stay. Check in is 4:00 pm. EST and check out is 11:00 am. EST. Details of each room : Great room / Family room The spacious great room is homey and welcoming--a place where everyone will gather for conversation and entertainment. The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and three large skylights. The family room has comfortable sofas, 50' flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player for you to enjoy. From the family room you can access the covered Lanai through sliding doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis. The open floor plan allows interaction between the kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. The spacious fully appointed kitchen is accented by a raised bar and stools. There is a formal dining area with seating for eight. The eat-in dinette, with sitting for six, is adjacent to the dining area so that as many as 14 can enjoy meals together if desired. All pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster, slow cooker etc. are provided. Kitchen is also equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. It also has a 42’’ LCD TV with digital cable. Walk-in closet, night tables, alarm clock and drawer dresser with mirror. French door through the bathroom takes to the pool deck area. Swim and walk straight into your en-suite bathroom. Master Bedroom 2: The second master has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It also has a 32’’ LCD TV with digital cable. Walk-in closet, night tables and alarm clock. French door through the bathroom takes to the pool deck area. Swim and walk straight into your en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: This room has queen size bed and a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. There is also a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hallway between bedrooms 3 & 4\. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen. Bedroom 4: This room has two twin beds. It also has a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen. Bedroom 5: This room has a queen size bed. It also has a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. There is a bathroom (4th bathroom) with a tub/shower combination adjoining to this bedroom. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen. Bathrooms All the 4 full baths are equipped with hair dryers. All the baths have adequate supply of towels, hand cloths and face cloths. Bathroom # 1 - Double vanity with large soaking tub and separate shower. Bathroom # 2, 3 and 4 - Mirrored vanity with a tub/shower combination. Pool and Lanai In the evening you can watch the spectacular Epcot fireworks from the comfort of a lounge chair in our pool/spa area. Enjoy the private pool and spa, while sipping drinks and watching fireworks. The covered lanai area has 4 chairs, 4 reclining lounge chairs, 2 small tables and cushioned patio set with coffee table. Backyard backs onto a pond that has a walking/jogging trail around it. The pool depth is 3 foot deep to 5 foot deep (at the deepest point), 30 feet long and 15 feet wide and we have a child safety fence that runs the whole perimeter of the pool, along with pool alarms on all the doors leading out to the pool area. The pool area is completely screened in. Indian Creek Community Indian Creek is one of the upscale, popular and closest subdivisions to Walt Disney. The Main Gate to Walt Disney World is only 3 miles away! In our experience this is the most important factor when planning a holiday in Orlando. One moment you are at the park, next into your own private pool/spa. Shops, supermarket, restaurants and amusements are very nearby (about 1 mile). Yet Indian Creek is away from the hustle and bustle, so that our guests can relax in a quiet resort community setting. Indian Creek community has sidewalks and street lights for the safety and comfort of your family and guests. A children playground is perfect for your kids when you want to spend a relaxing day in the community. Indian Creek also has a soccer field so that you can play a game or two with your family and friends. You can take a walk around the community, the nature trail or simply enjoy all of the open spaces. For runners, there is a jogging track across the bridge which runs around the two lagoons nearby in Indian Creek. Some amenities of the Indian Creek subdivision include; a park with a slide, swings, monkey bars and a soccer field located around the block (about a 5 minute walk). There is also a putting green in the beginning of the subdivision along with another park (about a 10 minute walk). Kissimmee Town : Distance of amenities from our Villa. Kissimmee is a hotspot of every imaginable retail shopping experience, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and amusement. Less than 2 miles - Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, Giordano's Pizza, Carabba's Italian Grill, TGI Friday's, Taste of China, Golden Corral, Waffle House, Wild Side BBQ, Subway, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Winn-Dixie Food Store and Walgreen’s drugstore; 3 miles - Superstore Target Dollar store & Applebee's, Olive Garden, Denny’s, Shoney’s, Ponderosa Steak House, Sizzler, Publix Supermarket and much more. 5 miles - Walmart. Also in Kissimmee, you will find variety of Fun Spots, Gator land, Fantasy of Flight, Medieval Life, mini golf courses and several Dinner Shows (Capone's and Medieval Times). For the visiting golfer we can provide you with information on 20 golf courses within 20 minutes. The Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in an hour and the white Gulf coast beaches are only 90 minutes away, so Indian Creek is well located. 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Animal Kingdom is 2 miles away, thru side road. Very close to Disney World. and only 10 miles to Universal Studios and 8 miles to Sea World. \*\*\*Golf Anyone??\*\* Kissimmee is home to many breathtaking golf courses. Mystic Dunes (virtually across the street from Indian Creek) Designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC golf analyst Gary Koch, rated a Four- Star course by Golf Digest magazine and ranked number 2 in 'Orlando's Top 5 Golf Courses'. Mystic Dunes is renowned as one of the most unique courses in Florida. Champion's Gate Golf Club (5 miles away) Champions Gate Golf Club in Orlando, Florida features two premier 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman. Pretty disappointing considering that is their main headline! Most of the door locks in the bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t work and there was mold in the showers and around the pool (nothing major but it needs a deep cleaning!!). The grass was over my knees when we got there and wasn’t cut until the middle of week two. It was very convenient to get to all the Disney parks, a little less for Universal. I-4 sucks but that’s not the property’s fault. While we were there the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector and one of the pool door alarms went bad. (Hope they replaced them before the next guests arrived) The floor plan for the house was nice, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! 2 bedrooms are master suites that have doors out to the pool area (one sink didn’t have any water pressure), one bedroom is in the front of the house and has a bathroom right beside it and the other two area side by side with a bathroom between them. Most of the beds felt like you were laying on plywood, the bed frame in one room was broken in the center and the king bed sagged quite a bit. The garage had a pool table and a foosball table in it, one light over the pool table and no climate control (HOT). The ice maker and one burner on the stove didn’t work too. Overall, with a little cleaning and some maintenance/repairs the house and location would be a 5 star. ##### Gary S. We loved the four bedrooms with king or full size beds, and having four bathrooms. The pool and spa were great. But there were a few issues. The kitchen was not well stocked. We had no dish towels or dish cloths and no dish washing liquid. The frying pans provided were very small, old and scraped up. There were absolutely no cleaning products anywhere in the house. Also, there were 4 of us staying at the house and they left us three pool towels? Most places I have stayed provide a "starter kit" for coffee. There was one small packet of coffee that could probably make two coffees and filters that did not match the coffee maker. I had messaged ahead of time asking what kind of coffee maker was in the house, but did not receive a response. I called the management company and they did promptly bring us some dish towels and clothes and we bought our own dish soap. Also, I'm not sure why they advertise this place as "Disney Fireworks House"? We did see any fireworks, not that we cared, but it's misleading. They should delete those pics from the listing and include more interior and exterior pics. ##### Chris W. The mattresses had stains. What we were very disappointed in was the pool/hot tub being cold. You had to pay additional for the heat and the heat would only be available from 8a-8p... who wouldn't want to sit in a hot tub after 8pm!!!!! There was no information stating the heat was an additional fee! The pool did not get clean as scheduled (yuck). Also, there was additional fees for other things.... using the grill and not cleaning good enough and using the safe. If this is how you are running the listing, that is fine... but please communicate this. I went back and looked and it is not in the listing information. Not near enough towels for the 10 person accommodations. 1 per person is not near enough. You cant wash and dry them fast enough when you go out all day. The kitchen needs a good cleaning. When we arrived at the home, we found a hole in the ceiling in the front bedroom where lizards were coming in and out of it. There were two over the bed so of course, no one wanted to sleep in there with lizards hanging out on the ceiling. It is a late check-in (4:00 pm) so the management office was closed so no one slept in that room. We called the next morning and they sent someone out to patch and he caught one of the lizards but we found more that night. So the whole seven-day stay no one slept in the front bedroom, which was a disappointment because it was 8 of us. There were other things that needed to be attended to in the house, (broken lamp in the living room, toaster didn't work, bottle opener was broken, but we brought you a new one, cracks in the tiles coming into the house, etc.) but overall it is a beautiful home, in a nice area, and our kids had a great time. We were there for seven days and we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this home but hope that they take the time to make necessary improvements before. ##### NICOLE J. I never got an email with the entry code and was calling frantically to get one when we got there. I was finally able to get someone and they provided me with the check-in info. There were several issues with this house. The sliding door track to the pool area is very easy to knock off the track. The whole track should be replaced. There was black mold in front bedroom in the corner of the ceiling. The roof is definitely leaking and the mold is prominent. The pool was dirty and I had to call to request it be cleaned. I had to call management on our first day because the outside door in master bedroom with small bathroom was not usable and the oven didn’t work. They said they would send someone the next day, but no one came. I called again the day after that and someone finally came and fixed the issues. Finally, and most importantly, you CANNOT see the fireworks from the backyard. I purposely chose this house and feel like I paid extra because it was advertised that you could see fireworks. The children were very disappointed, as were the adults. Fireworks started back at the Magic Kingdom on July 1 and the weather was not that great so I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next day. Perfect weather and you still can’t see them. Epcot fireworks are not visible either. They are right at the tree line. You can see the glare from the lights, but not the fireworks. We had a fantastic time in the Orlando area and this home was a major part of why. It is close to all the Disney Parks and shopping areas. We were able to drive or even use Uber/Lyft to get to Disney Parks all within 15 minutes or less. It was truly like a home away from home. And the owner and property management were eager to ensure if we had any issues they were readily available to respond. The villa is very central for shops, restaurants and a short drive to Disney, we also managed to see the fireworks from the pool although not the best viewing. I would say the oven was tired and a few extra serving bowls / baking trays would of been useful when home cooking for a large family when we did stay in. We did have an issue on arrival as there wasn't a cot or high chair in the villa as we'd requested, so had to head out to buy a cot late evening after arrival which wasn't ideal. We found the management company to be less than helpful but after contacting Jagu she was very quick to resolve any issues we had. We'd happily return to the villa and recommend. ##### Hannah N. The beds were very comfortable however there were minimal supplies available. Most places we have stayed had at least salt and pepper available. You will need to bring absolutely everything needed for cooking rather than the pans. Make sure to bring additional toilet tissue, paper towels and laundry detergent as well. No matter which direction we looked we were unable to see any fireworks from the front or back porch of the property so no use trying. This was very upsetting to me and my family. ##### Erin B. The pool was very nice although The lights on the pool didn’t work. The A/C had trouble cooling the bedrooms so we had to use fans at night. The refridgeator has a terrible smell to it. Like a rotten seafood smell. We could use the ice from it and couldn’t put anything in it because it smelled so bad. I bought baking soda to try to help with the smell but it was still unusable. The trash on the outside was never picked up so the trash cans were full, we had to take our trash to another dumpster. I put this all at no fault of the owner I put the management Company at fault. A better inspection of the property when guests leave would prevent all of these issues. ##### Jennifer A. I have stayed in many rental properties and this one was by far the worst. When we first got to the house, the front yard grass was over grown, the front door area was covered in webs and bugs, the pool area was covered in weeds, there were flies and huge spiders all over the house and there was a snake in the pool!!!! I thought we made a mistake and entered some kind of foreclosed property. I texted the home owner about all of this and they did have someone come out and cut the grass, pull the weeds and take the snake out of the pool. In the garage/play room there were construction materials including tiles, grout, paint and glass light fixtures. Very unsafe for small children. There were also roaches in the garage. Now, I understand that this is Florida and Florida has a lot more bugs than Chicago, but flies and spiders can be cleaned up. A few good comments about the house: close to attractions, lots of towels, and plenty of dishes. Beds were ok but sheets are old and worn. Would never return to this home and would not recommend.
