The Pandorian Retreat (9 bedrooms/5 baths/sleeps 22) is an oasis where you’ll find magic around every corner! Your group will make memories that will last a lifetime. From a selfie wall, to a Super Mario themed game room, to your own pool and spa, to themed bedrooms; you’ve never seen a house like this before!! The Avatar room will transport you to Pandora and the Super Mario Bros game room will be a hit with all fans-old and new! All this at a fraction of the cost of a typical hotel for 22 people!
THE HOUSE
*AMAZING Avatar themed bedroom! You won't believe your eyes when you open the doors and transport to Pandora! This bedroom sleeps 6 in the custom tree of life bed! This is truly a one of a kind experience that your family and friends won't soon forget!
*Super Mario themed, air-conditioned game room with ping pong, foosball, Pop-A-Shot, arcade games, Nintendo Switch, 85 inch TV, board games and more. Your kids (and adults!) will love this, especially after seeing the new Super Mario Bros. movie!!
*A selfie wall--the perfect backdrop for those group photos (or selfies!)
*Tinkerbell's trail of pixie dust can be seen on the walls in the lanai--but only at night!
*Private pool and spa in the screened lanai with child safety fence (pool heat additional $35/day)

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing. All the kids loved the mario room including the 1.5 year old. The avatar room was awesome. The pool was nice and well kept. The host is amazing and was super responsive to all questions we had. We will definitely be renting again in the future!

Best House Ever

This house was amazing. It was huge, clean, great location, and really fun! The host was excellent to deal with. She was great at communicating and very helpful! Overall this property is outstanding. I wish I lived there full time!

Family Vacation

The house was great for our family, there was 19 of us. Sleeping arrangements fit for all and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and we as a family also enjoyed the Oasis club house. Maria was great with communication anytime I had a question or reached out.

Spacious and Fun

Property is as pictured and described. Our family reunion consisting of 20 was a complete success. We enjoyed every part of the home from the game room to the private pool. The Oasis Clubhouse was a highlight. We would definitely recommend and return in the future.

We had six children 4-8 years old and they loved it. A game room they could play in and the pool was perfect for them. It was their first swim of the year so that might have played a part? I would recommend this property.

Overall, it was good. The upstairs shower that joints near the washer and dryer does not have hot water and there was some cleanliness issues, but we cleaned before we unpacked.

A wonderful memory

This gathering came up out of nowhere. We had plans to visit some family, and the week we were arriving I found out some close friends and family wanted to see us as well. We did not have enough time to split with everyone, so I thought to look for a place to host all. From the moment we arrived at the house it was all excitement, both kids and adults were happily surprised with the comfort, style and amenities of this home. Having access to the Oasis club was a plus and it was enjoyed by everyone. We got nothing but laughs and great moments created here. Our family and friends want to do it again!n Thank you for allowing us into your home and share an amazing time!

We will be back!

We rented this property for our college dance team as we were in town for our national competition. I loved the fact that there were enough BEDS for everyone. Most of the homes in Championsgate advertise how many people can sleep there based on 2 per queen/king. When traveling with students, everyone needs their own bed. And this was perfect! The kitchen faucet needed repair and the handyman was on within an hour and fixed it within 5 mins. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and ready to go upon arrival. Everything was VERY clean. Thanks Maria! This was perfect! See you next year!

Immerse yourself into another world!

This property was just as described, Our family decided to do a staycay. But I wanted something a little different and unique. This Property definitely stepped up to the plate! For a much needed vacation . My husband and I work super hard and needed a relaxing quiet environment along with entertainment for the kids which all of our needs were properly met. The property was clean and well put together. My entire family enjoyed the Super Mario Themed Game Room and The Avatar Themed Room!!!! The Avatar room is truly an immersive atmosphere which seemingly teleports you from Central Florida right into Pandora! The property manager was super sweet and prompt anytime I reached out to her she responded quickly! Check-in was smooth and painless. I loved the process and am looking forward to booking my next weekend getaway in the summer!

House rental was great, but.......

House was great, excellent facility, communication was great but was told we broke 2 lounge chairs on the pool ($400). Well with the weather we had we never went outside to sit, we played golf all day returned, slept, did it again 4 days in a row. It comes down to we didn't inspect the property looking for damage now we have no leg to stand on. Pictures show that they were broken so no argument there. My recommendation is, stay here, the house is great but check out the property for any damage and report right away as it's her word against ours.

We loved our stay in this house!!

Maria was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive to any need or request during our stay. The house is huge and roomy for a large family stay. We had 7 adults and 7 kids. and we never felt crowded at all. The pandora room was very cool, and lifelike ( my 6 year old grandson was afraid lol) The heated pool was an added plus. We spent most of our time in the pool and jacuzzi during our time in the house. We were there for New Years eve, so we were able to get a perfect view of the resort fireworks display. We had some very minor hiccups at initial check in. The previous guest had left dirty dishes, and 2 bathrooms had not been cleaned. There was a few broken things in the game room. However, I spoke with Maria, and she immediately sent a cleaning staff to clean. I would definitely rent this home again. I was super pleased with Maria and the house! Book, you will not be disappointed!

MAGIC's Family Reunion

The home is very spacious and well-kept. The check-in process was easy. My only issue with the property was the guards at the front gate. My daughter lives in Altamonte Springs, Florida, so she came to visit us at the property. We were having a family dinner and she was bringing part of the dinner, but could not get in the gate. She sat there for over an hour while I tried to contact the Property Management Company to get permission for her to visit. I ended up having to drive to the gate to get the food, but she and my granddaughter had to leave. Ridiculous! Since Championsgate has owners that rent their homes, a better system should be in place for people visiting. Thank you!

Loved the house!!!
