Great host, loved our time!

Dan is an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. The resort amenities are fantastic! The community pool and lazy river are heated. Kids loved the arcade. So glad we chose Dan’s place after considering many other options.

Super clean and great location to walk to Windsor Island Resort!

We would recommend this property to family and friends. It was a great location for walking to Windsor Island and the pool at the house was so warm - the kids loved it!! Everything was clean at there was plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy the house.

Disney Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean and spacious. A pack n play, high chair, and box fan were available for use. The upstairs lounge area had a few games and toys for kids. Dan was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He gave us all the necessary information to make check in a breeze. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Wonderful Vacation hime

My daughters and I were in Orlando for a cheer competition and of course to visit Disney! This house was beautiful, in a great location and the owner was so easy to communicate with! I would definitely return and recommend this rental to anyone!

Fun stay near Orlando

Place was very clean. Checkin process was smooth. Dan was so easy and quick with communication. Amenities at resort were very nice and across the street. Some family members had difficulty using tvs. Would easily stay again and recommend to others.

Family Thanksgiving Disney Trip

There were no surprises. The property has been well maintained. It was everything we were looking for to accommodate our family. Rooms are very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. Plenty of things to satify small children. Disney is easily accessible. Owner is great in communication with any needs or concerns. Would definitely book again. Location of property is great

Absolutely Great Place to Stay!!!!

If you’re looking for a place to stay to not only be close to disney, but that has amenities you can fully enjoy without leaving the property.. this is THE place!! The house was VERY clean and welcoming, and very spacious!! It is right across the street from the community clubhouse/amenities you can literally walk there!! All the staff at the clubhouse, pool and restaurant were friendly and helpful. There is security and patrol officers which made us feel very safe, always a plus. Stores and restaurants very close proximity. Dan the host was quick to respond and made sure we felt right at home! Do yourself a favor and book it now, you will be pleasantly surprised!! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Excellent overall

The property was very nice and clean the owner was in contact with me from the beginning to make sure i did not have any issues before i arrive to the property. he sent a text to welcome and my family and if i had any problems or question he was always quick to respond to questions concerning the property (probably i was getting on his last nerve lol)but he was so kind and he was quick to respond to answer overall my stay and my family was pleased the bedrooms, kitchen ,patio are was so clean .I will definately stay again no question ask .Dan even texted to check in on me to see how everything was going with our stay .Now that was touching ,i can go on but A+ rating/5*

The perfect location

My husband and I decided to take our college kids and their friends for a quick Disney trip for fall break. My in-laws wanted to join us also. This house was perfect with enough room for all of us to have our privacy and stretch out. We were literally across the road from the waterpark which was very convenient and this is a new development so not a lot of crazy traffic. We have stayed in many of the vacation homes and know that we have to bring certain kitchen items to prepare our meals. My only advice would be that if you plan a meal outside of your basic cookware, bring what you need. But the kitchen does have all of the basic. This house also provides a little starter of bar soap and shampoo along with the kitchen starters. Oh, and Dan was awesome! He was quick to respond and was very attentive. A definite go to for our family again.

Great location!

We loved staying here, it was a great location - close to Disney! The resort pool was a lot of fun for the kids and it was so nice having a private pool out back as well. Communication was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back!

Check in was really easy and the smart lock on the door meant we didn't need to worry about keys; all access was via a code. The owner was very responsive to any queries we sent via the VRBO app. The house itself was great; plenty of room and everything we needed. Location was perfect; 3 minutes walk to the resort centre/ swimming so very easy to 'pop back' if we needed anything. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you have kids. Thanks Dan for a great stay!

Great Family Experience

We stayed about a week and had a great time. The house was very nice. The kids loved having their own bedrooms/bathrooms. We were within walking distance of the clubhouse which was great! We had lots a pool time, played mini golf and spent some time at the free arcade. I would highly recommend staying here. Dan was very responsive to all of our questions. Booking and check in was very easy too.

Amazing Vacation - beautiful resort, gracious host, well equipped!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was so spacious, our kids loved the decorated rooms, and it had everything we needed! The pool at the home was so nice! Dan answered all our questions, gave great info and was a great communicator. The resort had putt putt, an arcade, slides, a splash area (for 5 and under), a lazy river, pool, resort activities, a hot tub, hammocks, a fire pit, basketball, volleyball and a gym all included. There was so much to do and everyone in our family had plenty of space. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

Vacation with grandchildren

We had a great time. The place was clean and spacious. We check-in after 7pm and it was easy. We have two teenagers who had their own space and my 4yo grandson loved the super hero room. He also learned how to swim so the pool at the house was great! It was in a convenient spot to get to the club house. Besides for the pool area w/lazy river, slide and kiddie area...the kids love the arcade that didn't requried coins. Kitchen was good with lots of counter space and pots and pans. Wi-Fi worked great. Trash pick up everyday with bin right in front of the house.

The townhome was spacious and clean. Our grandkids loved their Disney themed bedrooms. Dan was a wonderful host, quickly answering our questions and doing his best to be helpful.The resort pool/lazy river area was beautiful.The only problem we had was with the people in the units beside us. They were smoking marijuana through out the night and during the afternoon and evening hours. We did not want to be outside in our townhome's pool/lanai area, as we don't enjoy that or want our small grandkids smelling that or exposed to that. Also there was a lot of very loud music outside during the day and inside their units throughout the night hours. We could hear it through the walls. Unfortunately, the resort's security was not very helpful. So be aware that is a possibility if you stay at Windsor Island Resort.

Wonderful place to stay

This is the second time we stayed at Windsor Island resort and love the amenities they offer. The townhome was very clean and included lots of little extras like beach towels, toys and games for kids as well as bath and pool toys. The host Dan was very responsive to the minor issues we had. He checked in with us a couple of days into our stay and stayed in contact with us the entire time. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

I cannot possibly convey how much we loved this property!! It was clean, well decorated, spacious and had everything we could have needed! The owner was very responsive, accommodating and super nice! The bedrooms disney themes were a huge hit with our kids as well as the childrens bedtime story books and tiny action figure toys that entertained our kids all week. The close location to the clubhouse and pool amenities was also a huge plus. We definitely plan to vacation here again!

Spring break trip

We had a great family vacation staying at Dan’s place. He was very prompt with his responses to our questions before (and during) our stay, which was one of the reasons we booked with him rather than other condos at this same resort. The location is also perfect as it’s right across the street from the clubhouse/pool. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 10 in the condo. The pool at the house was nice and warm for our younger kids to play in when the resort pool area was getting too busy and loud. Things to know before you go: Bring extra laundry pods, dishwashing pods, soap, 13 gallon garbage bags, and paper towels (if desired) as there are only a few days worth of those items available. Also, the resort is nice but got very crowded on the weekends. People line up outside the gate before it opens. The first few days we saw people running to get chairs and throwing articles of clothing and towels over multiple chairs at once in order to save spots. My six year old was run over by an adult trying to get to the chairs. He ended up getting a cut on the back of his heel due to this ridiculous behavior. There are no lifeguards on duty but workers with whistles walking around (somewhat) paying attention to make sure the “rules” are followed but many times they were looking at their cell phones or talking with each other. There were plenty of other activities for kids to do there besides swimming: mini-putt, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, and an arcade.
