"Beautiful hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were so comfy. We stayed in the King Suite and it was so roomy, full kitchen, nice bedroom and very large bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 4. Close to great shopping, food choices, entertainment, etc. "

"Kitchenette has very basic utensils and dishes in the dishwasher. I didn’t use these. The room was very clean. I felt comfortable walking barefoot in the room. I had minimal interaction with the staff as I came and went via the stairs and the back door. My only concern was that upon check in, I was given no information regarding the surrounding area or amenities. I asked about restaurants and stores and the person at the desk couldn’t give me any local information. Also, the front doors are not ADA compliant. They are lock release by your room key and do not offer an automatic button. Making getting through with bags, suitcases etc very difficult, nvm if you’re in a wheelchair or otherwise compromised physically. No black out curtains on the windows means you are kept awake by the outside light. Mostly this is sufficient for workers getting up by sunrise, but not all of us awaken that early. The doors are very heavy and slam if not held while closing, waking up anyone sleeping past 5am. Great place to stay if you are a construction worker. I did feel safe and it was clean and close to stores & restaurants that I had to find on my own. They allow pets, which is great. Few frills but overall, a good place to stay. "

"The room was absolutely disgusting. If I could’ve found somewhere else I wouldn’t have stayed. Everywhere remotely close to where I needed to be was booked. The walls and ceiling had stuff splattered all over, I didn’t dare take my shoes off on the carpet, the drapes were torn and dirty, the fabric chair was filthy, the patio was filthy. The bathroom was filthy, the shower head was clogged and maybe had 3 things spraying, the tub had cleaner build up near the drain, the buttons to glue the toilet barely worked. the bathroom door was caked with dust and stuff, the walls were filthy. Thank god the AC worked, it was just extremely noisy. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The main door was filthy, none of the outside doors that used key cards locked. This could be the absolute cutest hotel with proper cleaning, repairs, and up grades. The staff was stiff. We asked for more towels and you would’ve thought it was the end of the world. It was crazy.
