« Our stay, as always, was wonderful! Our room was comfortable and clean, and we love the afternoon treats delivered to our room. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and you can’t beat the daily breakfasts. We also enjoy at least one delicious dinner at Alchemy, which always impresses. It’s an easy walk to shows during OSF and downtown shops and restaurants. We look forward to our return. »

« The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated. « We booked and paid for a room online only to get to the hotel at 10 pm and have them tell us they didn't have a room for us. We had to call around and find another hotel, then spend another 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my money back.. »

« Was there to pick up my daughter from SOU. Location is good. Place is clean, though nothing special. Fine for an overnight stay with no plans to do anything in the room except sleep. »

« This is in my top-3 in Oregon. Stayed there 4 times. Each time was nice. This is a botanical garden, everything is organic. All rooms are nice. It's a perfect place where to relax and just enjoy life. Kudos to everyone. This hotel is a jewel. »

« Room was larger than expected. Instead of one king bed and a fold-out sofa that was expected, there was a second sleeping area with another queen bed. Very comfortable and well suited to three of us staying there. Would definitely go back. Convenient to Oregon Shakespeare Festival which is why we were there. »

« The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. « I got into town and discovered I was booked at the wrong property for my event. They refused to refund me any portion of the long stay. No exception. I hadn’t even stepped foot on the property yet and they charged me for the full stay. »

« Check-in was the absolute worst hotel check-in we’ve ever had. Rooms were not ready at appointed time, so we loitered in the lobby for 45 minutes. When we finally got our assigned room we entered it to find suitcases (not ours!) already in there. Whoops! Back to the desk, sorry, there was a mix-up. Got a new assignment for room one. Should be ok. Returned to room two — another guest was standing outside, saying this was their room. What? Yep, they were assigned the same room as us. Back to the...
