"Property is quaint and conveniently located just a block off Main St. We were in town for the Shakespeare Festival and didn't use our car from the moment we parked it upon arrival. Lots of eateries and shops within a few minutes walk as well as theater venues, too. Excellent hot breakfast with several options each morning. "

"We've stayed in Ashland more times than I can count, coming sometimes twice a year for OSF. This is far and away the very best lodging we've ever enjoyed. Spotless, with very nice furnishings throughout, including kitchen necessities. Just one block from the theaters, it is a very private, quiet, hillside studio with lovely views. And if I could transfer that luxurious bathroom to my own home, I'd do it in a heartbeat. "
