This approximately 27m² studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor, on the same landing as the residence entrance.  
  
South-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the valley.

Living area: 1 double sofa bed and 1 pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 1 with storage drawer). HD TV.  
Sleeping alcove: 2 bunk beds.

#### Semaine au ski Hautes Alpes février 2025

Très joli studio, bien équipé, cosy, chaleureux, balcon avec très belle vue. Mes 2 enfants (11 et 14 ans) et moi-même nous y sommes sentis très bien. Quant à Orcières-Merlette (1850m), belle découverte.
