"Prior to booking list hotel to stay in I had the choice of dogs’s room or an executive room so I placed a call to the facility to try and figure out what the difference was after speaking with the adult staff and a booking the executive room because it’s supposed to be nicer the amenities in the world we’re supposed to be a lot nicer. Meanwhile the robes that were in there had cigarette burns in it. The floor was filthy. Our socks were black after walking around on the floor in our room, they were supposed to have a private lounge a private lounge consist of three couches and three chairs and a TV at the top of the elevator they really boost it up the quality of the room when I was on the phone with them so by the time we got there, I was terribly disappointed that bed was uncomfortable the windows in the hotel room were absolutely filthy to a point right didn’t want to take a picture of the view the entire hotel room reeks like stale smoke. Can’t say I’ll be going back there. "

"The Fairhaven area is a breath of fresh air with the Inn being a huge part of this. Our room was lovely and included a fireplace and all that you need. The view overlooks the water in the distance. There are buildings in the middle that are not so lovely to look at, but it is what it is. The staff were very friendly and offered assistance graciously. We had a great stay. Thank you! "

"Breakfast not worth it. The building is old, so clean for how old it is, I think? Things are just kind of falling apart, the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor, the towel rack did fall off, but the jetted tub was in great shape and lovely so could have been a newer addition. Signage for the phone at check in is not clear, we are very educated people, but were made to feel very stupid when we didn’t go around the outside to the left 2 corners of the building to see the phone to call for check in. Then our reservation wasn’t found because she didn’t “hear” my last name correctly until I spelled it. Just overall an unwelcoming arrival, but that’s the only contact we had to have so that’s fine. The resident deer are sooo cute and come for apples and goodies and obviously have been there for years. I don’t think we will go back, we live locally but just look for a few days away from home now and then.. but it was just ok."

"The staff at the lobby were extremely kind, helpful and provided tips on how to navigate the trail at the Lime Kilne state park. The rooms are super clean and fresh. I will come back to the same place again. The countless coffee choices and food choices at their cafe. I will be back here again."
