Roaches in the hotel room there was also somebody’s purse left in a dresser the Wi-Fi did not work in the tub would not drain the water

The property looks very nice when I booked it . It was very dirty and bearly has any towels . I don't think it was worth all the money I paid .
The receptionist was also very rude

Studio 6 Orange was presented as an extended stay facility. The room had a full kitchen, but no dishes, pots, or silverware. The refrigerator worked. The freezer was no problem, but the fridge section had lots of condensation.

When I arrived to check in, no one was working the front desk. There was a couple there who had been waiting awhile and said that no one was available to check them in. We waited about 30 minutes before deciding to go look for someone to help us. The gentlemen went throughout the hotel looking for employee to check us in. He was able to find someone after about 20 minutes. The employee was on 3rd floor. He said that he was setting up a tv. I have never had such a disappointing and unprofessional experience checking in to a hotel. It was late and I was very tired. I will not be staying there again.

Good clean motel for business trip , nice kitchen area , motel provides pots, pans and dishes, but they don't provide a way to clean them, IE dish soap.

The lady at the counter was incredible and is the only reason I ended up staying there but Expedia was so awful to me and I felt could have done things so differently to create a different outcome

Overall it was ok. No breakfast, no dishes in the kitchenette at all, pool was full of empty drink bottles and trash, desk clerk followed me all the way to my truck to all of I had a cell phone charger she can borrow. Same lady was rather rude on check in. She scoffed at my daughters emotional super animal. A teacup chihuahua that is very well maintained and friendly. Woke up to roaches in the bed with me. Would not recommend. They would have to give me some kind of reimbursement and clean it up for me to ever go back there. Do not recommend.

Everything was fine until checkout, the staff was very rude and as we were loading things up into our truck we noticed two housekeepers following another family into the parking lot yelling and cussing at them in front of their kids!! Calling them white trash and disgusting. Very unprofessional as it was in front of other guests. Then telling them to get out of their vehicles as I guess they were trying to fight them. This was coming from a older red haired Caucasian woman and a mid 30s african American woman. Will not be back to stay here, after talking to the family they attacked. The poor family had already been going through alot having to sleep in truck after the husband was laid off of work and they were forced to leave their home. To finally being able to afford a room and then to be treated like that from staff. Heartless.
Staff was friendly. Room was quiet & clean. Parking was close to my room. A good experience overall.

The only good thing about the experience is that the staff was very nice.

Not clean, No Hot Water!!!! I talked to the Clerk when I checked out she told me when ever they are booked 50% or better they have a hot water Problem! If they know they have a problem why they don’t do something about it!! For what they charge I will spend a little more next time on a different Hotel!!!

A tad disappointed.
It is a pet friendly hotel; our bathroom doors were chewed and clawed up. We didnt have a pet, so i wish we could have stayed in a room where pets arent allowed. I had to plug in the AC unit when we arrived. The water turned the white wash cloth brown. It didnt smell, was just brown/rust colored. Im not sure if the room had been used for a while or what.
I got several calls from the hotel while we werent there, but they never left a message and when i called back noone answered.
The beds were comfortable and everything was clean otherwise.

There front desk person who check us in wasn't friendly. The room the was not very clean. My toddler was crawling around and his feet turn black thats how dirty the floor were. There was caked on food on the floor and wall my the fridge

Almost everything was just fine. The AC/Heater was not working very well is on some system of master control. When we got where the room was at 63'o We moved it to 76'o. About 4 hours later it was at 73.o. It did not reach 76'o 'til the middle of the next day. Later it went to 73.o. We could not get it to go higher the rest of our two days stay. It was a fairly new unit. I don't know if it wasn't working properly or it has a master program.

Clean, comfortable bed. Some dirty places on bathroom walls, especially near trash can. Otherwise, no complaints. I was tired and this was a quiet, restful night.
