Enjoy a relaxing stay by the water in this detached holiday home at Dormio Water Resort Medemblik in North Holland. Holiday home Koggehuys has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The accommodation is suitable for up to six people and has a usable area of approximately 101 m2.



Charming living room and luxury kitchen

The living room has lovely furnishings and a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, on which you can stream your favourite content. Furthermore, there is a dining area and an open kitchen with all the conveniences. These include a kitchen island with a combination oven, a dishwasher, pod coffee machine, filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.



Outdoor enjoyment by the water

You reach the generous garden with a furnished patio through French doors in the living room. The garden is by the water and there is a jetty at your disposal for your sloop. From the water by your holiday home, you can sail to charming places and through the beautiful surroundings!



Three bedrooms and two bathrooms

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with twin beds. The accommodation has two bathrooms. One is an en-suite bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and washbasin. The second bathroom can be reached via the landing and has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. Furthermore, there are separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor.



Practical amenities

The holiday home has a private parking space where you can park your car. Furthermore, you can use the WiFi for free, and the home is equipped with underfloor heating. There is also spacious outdoor storage with a charging station for your electric bike.
