Perfect property for a large family birthday celebration, this is a very well set up home and has the most beautiful views out to the harbour and sand dunes , the weather was perfect and the deck was well used over the entire stay!We had a lovely weekend away together and highly recommend this property for the home and the location.

absolutely stunning property - every one love the facilities - I felt like checking in was more difficult and complex that it needed to be - charged extra for kids to sleep on top bunks - had to send back and additional signed form over and above the usual booking process that I have done many times through book a batch. But great location, handy to Opononi.

We had a beautiful stay in Opononi. The house is big enough to fit our big whānau with plenty of beds, towels and toys for the tamariki. The whare was very clean and had a nice calming feel to it. The communication was excellent from Kathy and the team. We had a few extras come stay and Kathy sorted it straight away. Overall 10/10 from our whānau! We’ve already booked our next stay.

#### Beautiful scenery and well set out house

We found this house ideal for our group of four families, with a good set up with two kitchens, bbqs, bathrooms, and outdoor eating areas to accommodate our needs. Our kids loved playing in the spa after time spent exploring the sand dunes, Koutu Boulders, and Wairere Boulders. There was everything we needed, and even though there were a lot of rules which were a little disconcerting, (I guess the owners have been burned before), once all the breakable items had been moved out of the way of kids, the house was a great place to be based - we even got treated to some karaoke fun from the house next door and tractors baling hay on the other side!

#### Modernised Kiwi Bach with spectacular views.

We have had an enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay at your Bach. The views are amazing. The Bach is well decorated and created a warm, relaxing ambiance. Kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. However, there are a few small things that could be improved. SAFETY - number of the guests tripped on the stairs onto the deck, on the differing floor levels in the lower unit and on the last step of the internal stairs. MAINTENANCE - a few missing lightbulbs in the bedrooms and a blown lightbulb in the bathroom. CLEANING - we would have appreciated the airing of the lower unit prior to guests arriving. #### Labour weekend stay

Excellent place for us all. Great space for all the whanau with beautiful decor. Two very well equipped kitchens, beds were all comfortable and beautiful decor. Although the weather wasn’t the best great full for the differing spaces allowing us to be inside to enjoy each other’s company. Thanks Kathy for all the comms and keeping in touch. Also to Wayne for coming to unlock the room that the kids accidentally locked. Our kids will remember this for years to come.

Apart from the surveillance cameras everywhere , it was nice , but no private does not mean private , not when big brother is watching your every move !!!!!!! Beware the cctv

#### Onepu Moana in Opononi

This property is situated in a stunning part of the country. Close to shops and the Pub at Opononi. Easy access both upstairs and down with plenty of off street parking with room for boats outside. Very tidally presented throughout and tastefully furnished. Air conditioned for the hot summers with sliders to the deck for good airflow. Good sized kitchen with dishwasher included. Great location with lovely views, ideally setup for large family groups. Owners good to deal with, overall much better option for us than any hotel, would stay again
