« The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the lake, our host was so kind, accommodating, and communication was excellent. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to utilize the lake. It was a great house to celebrate our Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with our adult children. « The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for...

« It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!! »
