"There was some restaurants close by. Homeless people sleeping at the building beside it. I actually felt pretty bad for them because it was so cold. The beds were absolutely horrific. The heater was either full blast or not at all. It does not function on an automatic mode. I couldn’t sleep with it on constantly so I woke up. It was 50° in the room. The carpeting is horrible - filthy. "

"I needed a clean,quiet place to unwind at and this turned out to be perfect. Room was impeccably clean, lady at front desk had a beautiful smile and it was all just what I needed "

"The mattress smelled like urine from dogs. Also, the blanket that they probably don’t change out smelt terrible because my service animal kept sniffing all night. I had to exchange that. Furniture is old and the mattress has to be turned. The body dent was terrible."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and it cost a little more for that then it would of been for 2 double beds.when we got there they put us in the very back in a room with 2 double beds and would not correct it there was a lot of drug activity people coming in and out all hours..never and I mean never again will I stay there..there was hair all over the beds. The blankets smelled of urine "
