Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious (bathroom is small) but the dinner staffing was insufficient the one night we had dinner at the hotel. There was only 1 cook in the kitchen and 1 waiter and about 5 tables so food arrived bit by bit over a 90 minute period. I would suggest eating out all the time as nearby restaurants are better than hotel but the hotel overall is good and i would stay there again.

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.

"Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from ..."

"Amazing facilities like the themepark . However, waterpark was partly closed when we were there. Only open was the wavepool . There is also infinity pool. Only drawback was no laundromat. It is laundry service which is $$$. Food in the foodcourtnis affordable but the buffet is also expensive."
