« We were disappointed that the cabin we reserved had not been cleaned. We had to drive to a location where we had cell service to contact the host. She put us in another cabin which was comparable, but it was not secluded like the one we reserved. The porch on the second cabin had not been cleaned for the season but the host offered to come and clean it for us. Once we got through the check in process, we enjoyed our time there.
