Throughout our stay, the hotel manager, Demetrious, even texted us to make sure we were enjoying our visit.The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We stayed from the end of May through early June, and the team made sure we were always well stocked with towels, toiletries, and anything else we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

« The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty »

« Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions. »

« Generally, our stay was okay. However, the reservation was for three people, and the room was only prepared for two. I opened the sofa bed and found that there were no sheets on it. I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided.
