"Lovely friendly staff. Nothing too much for them. Ask for some mint tea at 1 am and they brought it to me. Upgraded my room to a suite as I was a late arrival and night staff carried my bag to my room. Breakfast really well run and supervisor excellent with younger staff able to cope well .
