"Excellent location. 10 minutes walk from either New Street or Moor Street railway stations or. Public car park directly under the Hotel. Staff all very please to see you and pay attention to detail. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the Utility arena is a 15 minute walk along the canal away. Would recommend a stay"

"Very easy check in. Room was clean apart from a clump of hair on the carpet. It seemed like it had just forgot to be picked up after being collected. There was a connecting door that doesn't keep the next rooms sound out very well. We asked for ear plugs but it was midnight and the staff asked the person to be a bit quieter. Breakfast was ideal and had everything required and more."

"We were welcomed & checked in by the lovely Marta, she was very polite & helpful. The bar staff were great too & they had a lovely terrace that we sat out in for a couple of drinks before our event. Checking in & checking out all went smoothly. Gorgeous hotel, comfy beds. "
