Good resort well connected
The resort is nice, they are very stringent on the rules. Home owner was great, responded super quick and was very accommodating. The unit is as described and the pictures are well representation of reality. There is a ski lift just at the base of the resort and the ski concierge is an added perk. The cost does not include resort fee or parking but everything else is great. Staff was very kind

Spring Ski Trip Tahoe
Great location for skiing at Pallisades and Alpine. Shuttle or resort chair makes it easy to get on the mountain or to the Olympic Village. Everline resort has great amenities and several restaurants and a small convenience grocery store. End unit is private and quiet.

Perfect family vacation
We are returning customers, so that's already a good advertisement for the property. This is a true ski in/out property, with gorgeous views of the mountain. Very cozy, clean, amenities are wonderful. Property owner, Fauna, is the most responsive host I have ever stayed with. Resort stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A Perfect Retreat at Everline Resort!
Our stay at Everline was nothing short of exceptional. As two couples traveling together, we were thrilled to find a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation that met all our needs. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen, we had the perfect setup for our group. The resort's surroundings were simply breathtaking. The lobby offered a fantastic view of the mountains, and the presence of a pool and jacuzzi added to the overall charm. The options for activities were seemingly endless - from hiking and bike rentals to guided tours and easy access to Lake Tahoe. It's worth noting that the nearest Tahoe Lake beach is just a short 10-minute drive away, making it a convenient option for those looking to soak up some sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. For those seeking relaxation, the on-site spa is a true oasis. Everline exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return.

Fantastic Stay
Great location and amenities. Such a needed respite from the heat. Very spacious and comfortable. The bed and bedding was top notch. Absolutely gorgeous setting. We walked to the village and took the tram up to high camp. Breathtaking views and hiking trails. The pool was perfect in the afternoon with food and beverage service poolside. Fauna was a breeze to work with during the booking process. We will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect spot!
I HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. The rooms (which are adjoined, so perfect for semi-privacy if you're traveling with young children) sit right at the corner, so you have a cozy view of the mountainside and even a view to the ski slope. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you get to enjoy all the amenities of being part of a larger hotel (e.g. ski storing each day, restaurants, game room, retail). As well, when the wind kicks up, it's amazing to be ski in/ski off at the Resort Chair, since that lift seems to be protected from the greater ski resort. Finally, Fauna is so communicative, quick to respond and helpful!

The rental space was exactly as described with beautiful views and resort amenities (at resort prices). The smaller unit had a musty odor and the bathroom floors in the larger unit were not clean, but that is on the resort staff. Parking is a hike. The host was responsive and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

If you enjoy lots of windows with trees and more trees, you will love this suite. Spacious living quarters and a beautiful resort. Easy access to trails and Lake Tahoe. Great Place for a Family Vacation
My wife and I thought Squaw Creek would be a great place to take our 13-year old grandson visiting from Florida (no mountains there). We had stayed at the resort before, but we needed more than a room for the three of us. This property was perfect. We could all be together in the living and dining area of the suite, my wife and I had a private bedroom with on-suite, and our grandson had a private bedroom and bath. Plus we had the beauty of Tahoe and the amenities of the resort. The pictures are an accurate representation of the rooms. I strongly recommend the property for it's combination of family area, privacy, and luxury appointments.

Hi Allan! oh no- None of the suites at the Hyatt resort have an in-house washer and dryer- the laundry room is just steps down the elevator- glad you found it! / Vrbo verified the listing doesn’t advertise an in room washer and dryer. Where did you see it? Maybe it was another listing you were searching? As advertised on Vrbo The Hyatt charges 40.00 a night resort fee for each suite. This is a 2 bedroom suite- so it’s 80.00. Plus 20.00 for self parking. I sent the info letter on Vrbo when you booked- did you get it? Good news, the Hyatt will charge double for the two bedroom as well as the resort fee- so booking with an owner save hundreds each night! So it’s like getting one suite for free. Whee! Sorry for all- again, next time feel free to reach out! Hope the rest of your stay was amazing! Thanks for your stay!

Rooms were clean and well taken care of. The Hyatt was a beautiful place to stay. The only problem I had was the parking. If you walk down the Walkway needs to be taken care of better. You could slip going down that walkway especially if you’re an older person. But everything else was good the food was excellent. The state was very nice

Everting was closed - spa, restaurants, pool slide and most activities. The deli was always closed and room service hours were super limited. They (the hotel)charged 80 a night in additional fees.

Hi Heather. The Hyatt’s amenities are open! Security said you tried to swim late at night after the pool was closed. That’s why the restaurants were closed- it was after10pm. The Hyatt resort pools, hot tubs, deli, coffee shop , restaurants and amenities open @ 7am & close at 10. Hope that explains why the amenities were closed. You rented 2 suites, that’s why the resort fee is twice as much. You saved hundreds $$$ off the suites by renting direct from an owner on Vrbo- than if you rented from the Hyatt. A little secret. Be sure to connect with me during your stay and I can assist with any issues. Enjoy your summer!

Fantastic stay at Squaw Creek
It's a beautiful, well maintained condo, with very attentive host - Fauna. Location is the best - ski-in/out makes it perfect. Amenities are incredible. We had the best time and will return to this place any time and highly recommend it. There were 2 minor problems - our check in process was not as flawless as expected - it took us over an hour at 11 PM with 2 tired kids to finally get proper keys that opened both doors. I did not know what "resort-style kitchen" was -It would be more accurate to call it kitchenette - no freezer, no oven, and a tiny cooktop made it very challenging for us, as we had a kid with celiac with us and were planning to cook every day. But if somebody does not plan to cook - kitchenette is pretty good too. Thank you Fauna for being such an attentive host.

Awesome spring break @ Squaw Creek
Great suite in beautiful Squaw Valley. First and most important comment is a shout out to our host- Fauna is amazing and answered all my questions and/or concerns immediately, even before we booked the property. She’s extremely helpful, kind and generous!!!! I can’t say enough! Unit has a perfect location, my sons could walk down and ski without me having to drive anyone anywhere. You’re able to ski home for lunch or enjoy some dining in the mountain which was opening up from Covid restrictions. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, the gym which is now open with some restrictions, and slept like babies in very comfortable beds! Would definitely love to stay here again!

Loved renting from the owner. She was very communicative! Just some little issues with the room and property such as the shower is either boiling hot or too cold no in between and another issue that we brought up to the Hyatt. Be aware though as the person across the hallway smoked a TON of pot and it infiltrated our room. Not so great when you don’t want to be breathing in smoke fumes all day long with your one year old. One of the hot tubs didn’t work during our stay and a few other minor things to just be aware of such as the resort fees that are mandatory from CA. Overall though the location is perfect for a ski vacation and again the owner was so great to work with!

Oh dear- please, if you have any complaints try to let me know while you are in house. I’ll call maintenance to have it fixed immediately. It’s a non smoking resort- call me and or the front desk to let them know someone is smoking in the suites. The Hyatt will send the manager to explain the rules to the neighbor. Not sure what happened with the shower 🚿 the Hyatt tested the shower and couldn’t find anything wrong. I also ran over as soon as I received this complaint. It seems to be working normally . The guests in house now say there’s no problems. Again, call me, I can go over how the shower works. Best to put the dial right in the middle- that way it’s not too hot 🥵 or too cold. The Hyatt crew is cleaning one of 3 hot tubs. Since covid they drain the tubs more often. So maybe that’s why one of the tubs were closed. Luckily there’s 2 more hot tubs. 😀 I know you were worried the resort would not be open or have snow. It was open with snow! You timed it perfectly- with the biggest snow ⛄️ storm of the year the day before you arrived. Blue bird days with 7 feet new snow during your stay. Skiing must have been glorious- I’m jealous! Hope you and your family were able to enjoy your stay and all the new snow. ❄️ ⛷ Stay safe and travel safe.

Thanksgiving/Anniversary Getaway during Covid-19
Our stay came at the reopening for the winter season. The property was gorgeous, with a light coating of snow and beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. This was our first time in Squaw Valley and we were thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the normal amenities of the resort thanks to the California Governor's Covid-19 shutdown. We had to pick up Thanksgiving dinner to-go instead of enjoying it in a restaurant (and had no special Annivesary dinner). But, hats off to the chef; one of the best Thanksgiving dinners I have ever had. Thankfully, we booked a suite and adjoining room and so were able to enjoy our dinner seated at a dining table with real plates and silverware and did not have to eat from paper plates with plastic utensils. Restrictions aside, we adults had a great time and our teenaged girls found plenty to keep them engaged and happy. We definitely plan on visiting again, after the restrictions have been lifted, to take full advantage of what the Resort at Squaw Creek has to offer.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids (tweens) for a weekend getaway in late Oct. These are 2 units, 1 with master bed, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a 2nd (connecting) unit with 2 double beds, and bathroom. The 2 units have a connecting door, which can be wedged open with door stops provided. The unit is clean, spacious, and well appointed with all the necessities, including towels, sheets/pillow/blankets, and kitchen items (in the unit with the kitchenette), including dishes, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and small fridge. The units are located are a corner unit on the floor, which means a little bit of a walk from the elevator (in case thats an issue) but it also means there's less noise from people walking by in the hallway. The fire exit stairs are located right behind the master bedroom, so occasionally there were people stomping up or down the stairs, but it was infrequent, so not a real issue. The resort property is very well managed and very beautiful. There are restaurants and shops / coffee / deli on site, although most were shut down due to mid-season (between the summer water sports and winter skiing). For our trip, the deli and one of the restaurants were open, but otherwise, we had to drive a bit (10-15 mins) out of the resort for food options. The resort also has a great golf course, pool / hot tub (I didn't use these though), and bike rentals, which we rented to go on a local trail along the Truckee River towards Tahoe. The paved trail is separate (but parallel) to the road, and kid safe (> 10+ years old, since there may be fast moving bikes coming through). Tahoe is AMAZINGLY beautiful whenever you go. We saw some beautiful Fall foliage sprinkled among the evergreen Pine trees, and the beauty of the Lake will never disappoint you. There are many amazing hikes around for all activity levels, which we used as well. The host is super helpful, communicative, and responsive. She answered all my questions very quickly, with helpful info.

Peaceful Getaway
We came to celebrate my birthday/ 11 years of our anniversary, and simple bonding time with my siblings , and their spouse. We brought our 2 year old. We made sure to abide by the rules during this pandemic. Room: The room was perfect for my family and siblings. We use the stove and cooked breakfast everyday. We watched football on Sunday. It was enough room and it was clean. Resort: The resort was incredibly beautiful and perfect for the 4 day getaway. My husband and brother played golf. The resort in on the golf course!!! They set up their whole tee time at the lobby. While the boys golfed, us girls went swimming. The 2 year old loved it. We stayed in the kiddie pool. Every morning and afternoon, we went for a walk and the surroundings was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Amenities was good. Management: Fauna is the best!!! She kept in touched and communicated the policies to us. Thank you Fauna for everything!!!! Would love to stay here again!!!

Perfect stay!
We were up to attend a small wedding in the area and this unit was perfect for us. We enjoyed having access to the resort and all the amenities as well as having the extra space - living, dining, and kitchen in the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Home owner was easy to work with and the place was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Squawcreek property is always beautiful.
