Escape from the Heat of Phoenix
We were looking for a beautiful place with lots of activities for the families to enjoy. We did not travel with family but we are always looking for a great place. The scenery was just beautiful and the Lake - Just beautiful. Just what were had remembered so many years in the past.

Five Stars!
We love this resort, it’s one of our favorites. We’ve stayed in this unit twice, and it never disappoints. It’s well-stocked and has cool furnishings. We can’t wait to go back.

Only accommodates two people
I love this property but was disappointed with the unit we stayed in. Please update the listing so that it states two people only and remove foam mattress available upon request. I tried to request it, but it apparently doesn’t exist. I also emailed grand welcome and they have ignored me. I wish I would not have booked this. We weren’t prepared to have our son sleep in the bed with us for three nights.

Poor communication
We were disappointed with the coverage of the windows. There was only sheers on the windows . As people parked their cars or walked they could see into the room as we were on second floor. I went to the front desk and didn’t hear one word about it. Poor!!!!

Gorgeous Unit
We have stayed in many units at this resort. This one is beautiful, and one of our favorites. The furnishings are modern, yet cozy, and there’s so much personal detail in the decor. It’s conveniently located, close to everything. It was a true home away from home. We can’t wait to go back!

Summer Retreat
Our stay at the Resort at Squaw Creek was absolutely wonderful! The food was superb, the property beautiful and comfortable, and the service was efficient. The concierge was most helpful with all of our questions and requests. We loved Whit, in Sandy's Pub. We cannot wait to return for another retreat from our daily stresses!!

No reservation at the resort when we arrived
When we arrived to this property the resort had no record of our reservation and when we tried to get help from VRBO and the vacation rental management company they each said it was the others problem. It never got resolved. The hotel indicated that they never received an official folio record which should have come from the rental management company. The hotel had to contact the property owner directly to get permission to let us in the room, however they initially told me they would not be able to grant us access to the room until VRBO or the rental management company resolved the issue. Nobody that I used to make this reservation (VRBO or rental agency) helped at all even after repeated phone calls.

Excellent cozy condo
We enjoyed our stay in this condo during a week of work remote and spring skiing. The resort has excellent service and the condo was a perfect place for a long stay due to its layout and kitchhenette. The fireplace made it the perfect place to snuggle up after a big ski day. We will definitely stay here again.

Steps to the Lift at Palisades
The condo was perfect, easy access to be first in line at the lift at Palisades, clean, tasteful decorated, well-stocked small kitchen - perfect!

Great little condo
This is a great little condo that's actually on-site in the main guest building of the Resort at Squaw Creek. Just like having a room booked through the resort (including checking in/out at the front desk) but without daily housekeeping. We didn't cook because of all the very good restaurant options at the resort, but we could have managed a simple meal or two in the efficiency kitchen. Cooking anything complicated or for a crowd would have been difficult though. We spent very little time hanging out in the room because we were there for skiing and conference events, but it was a nice set up with an excellent big bathroom. Furnishings were in excellent condition and it was spotlessly clean. We'd stay again.
