"The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...

"The Brown Hotel is simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in. You feel like you've transported back in time to a classier era. And the fact that it is so elegant and beautiful leaves you fully stunned that it is a rather affordable place to stay. This was my second stay at the Brown and surely not my last. The quality of the room, the food, the drinks, and the location are as good as you can get in Louisville."
