« J'ai été surpris de constater que les chambres n'ont pas de télé. il n'y a de climatiseur non plus contrairement a ce que j'ai lu sur le site hotel.com. Mais la cour, la piscine et l'animation sont très bonnes et j'ai beaucoup apprécie. Le petit resto Petit dej est aussi super et le petit dej est bien fourni. »

« Home away from home! As someone that doesn't leave reviews often is well travelled ( 12 countries last year alone!) and fussy about where I lay my head for a good nights sleep I cannot recommend Rooftop enough. not only is it a beautiful space and environment its also the people that work there the owner, security the staff and bar team are all incredible no ask is too big or too small and they will go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. My room was incredible, I felt like a princess...

« Nous sommes arrivés par forte chaleur a l'hôtel. Y a une climatisation dans la chambre mais on doit payer pour l'utiliser 1000 dalasi pour 1 nuit . On a demander 1 ventilateur pareil cest payant. Franchement cest decevant. Et le petit déjeuner cest des conserve dharicot rouge chauffée. Aucune viennoiserie ni charcuterie i fromage ni fruit. »

« Un beau potentiel, mais des améliorations nécessaires. J’ai séjourné récemment au Tamala Resort , et je dois dire que le cadre est agréable, entre plage et piscine. Le personnel est globalement aimable, et à mon arrivée, un agent m’a gentiment aidé avec mes bagages. Cela dit, au moment du départ (check-out), aucun accompagnement n’a été proposé, ce qui m’a un peu déçu, surtout pour un établissement qui vise un certain standing. Concernant la chambre, la propreté reste moyenne et mériterait un...

"Les équipements sont insuffisants. Pas de savon au lavabo. Papier toilette compté, les fenêtres sont extrêmement sales, le parquet est défectueux, les finitions sont dignes d’une hutte, la saleté règne partout. Les sièges du restaurant sont noires de crasse et les coussins tachés. Le buffet: une honte. Du poulet sous toutes ses formes jusqu’à ce que mort s’en suive. Pas de charcuterie le matin hormis une tranche de fromage et une sorte de pâté immonde. Le balcon est très dangereux, les carreaux ne tiennent pas dans la balustrade qui ne tient pas au mur. Si cet hôtel a été bien un jour, il est en plein déclin. Ils ont le lieu pour eux qui est somptueux. La wifi fonctionne correctement mais pour le reste, il y aura un jour de graves accidents dans cet hôtel. Plainte a été déposée, j’ai reçu deux mails et renvoyé des photos et puis….plys rien. "

Cela dit, au moment du départ (check-out), aucun accompagnement n’a été proposé, ce qui m’a un peu déçu, surtout pour un établissement qui vise un certain standing. Concernant la chambre, la propreté reste moyenne et mériterait un meilleur suivi. L’hôtel gagnerait aussi à fournir davantage d’accessoires de base : dentifrice, brosse à dents, chaussons, etc. Quand on voyage, on s’attend à retrouver un minimum de confort sans avoir à tout apporter soi-même. L’établissement semble avoir besoin d’une rénovation globale : matelas, sanitaires, équipements, ambiance… cela se ressent dans les détails. La salle de sport est correcte, mais basique, et pourrait être améliorée. Autre point : la “piscine privée” indiquée pour certaines chambres n’est en réalité pas totalement privée, mais partagée avec d’autres chambres de la même catégorie. Cela peut poser problème à certains clients, notamment ceux qui recherchent une vraie intimité (familles, couples, ou clients de cultures plus strictes). Côté restauration : je suis arrivé au brunch à 15h, et bien que le service ait été réduit à moins de 30 minutes, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé. J’ai même dû payer l’espresso à part, ce qui n’est pas habituel dans ce "
