Perfect getaway!
Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck

Beautiful getaway
You can't get any closer to the beach than this! Beautiful condo, just what we wanted for a quick late winter getaway. Very close to the main strip of Old Orchard/ Palace Playland, so would be a great summer stay also.

Amazing view
This place was clean and comfortable. The view was great and the amenities were fine. Plenty of towels and linens, and the washer/dryer are helpful. Just be aware of the garage situation, it is extra tight, intact, folding in your mirrors is needed. You can not park on the street overnight so take that i to consideration. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others

The condo was in a great location but was not super clean (some dusting and heat units in the bathrooms were not clean. It was just after tourist season is winding down so not a lot to do in OOB but Portland is still very busy with little parking or most parking is expensive. Beautiful areas though.

Great Expectations
After many VRBO rental experiences this one was very disappointing. I’ve never rented from VRBO where the host was a property management company; will know to look for this in the future. I’m providing feedback to Vacasa as well. Here are my issues: 1) it was not clear in the rental description that this condo building is neither heated or A/C 2) it was not made known to any of us renting in this building that it was being repainted (scraping, priming, paint) and that this would be daily from early in the morning until after 5:30 pm. 3) lightbulbs burned out in lamps throughout the condo. Dead batteries in TV remote. 4) closets/under kitchen sink were filthy and junk 5) fan in primary bedroom was filthy; didn’t even want to use and did not. 6) kitchen poorly equipped. Sheet pans dirty/crusted with food 7) outside porch overcrowded with too much furniture. Table and chairs too big for size of porch. I don’t know the last time anyone from Vacasa or the owner made a deep assessment of this unit but it’s overdue. I will say that Vacasa was very prompt in delivering a toaster to our unit and replacing the dead batteries in the electronic keypad a couple of days into our stay. We did find the original toaster by the way about halfway thru our stay….. on top of the dryer in the stacked laundry closet. We didn’t think to look there!

This space and location worked so well for our family. The only down side is that both the fridge and washer/dryer were not working. The management company tried to rectify the situation but response times were challenged due to limited staffing.

Great place but…
The place was great in many ways. Right on the ocean, we’ll equipped kitchen, decent furniture. Master bedroom has an amazing view and the grocery and drug stores are a short distance away. Be aware it’s on the top floor (definite plus) and there’s no elevator but not a reason for me to not recommend it. If you had 2 people on work calls, one would have to work in the bedroom but again - more of an FYI than a reason not to stay here. I did have a very poor experience with the manager. When I arrived the sink was backed up and the washer didn’t work. Despite multiple assurances, someone was coming they weren’t fixed. Clearly not the owner’s fault (heck, the owner may not know!) but it was not great with the Vasca team. I guess this is a risk you take renting from such a big agency.

Nice place, excellent view
This was a great place right on the beach with amazing views from both floors and the second story outside deck. The beach is nice and large. The one drawback was I only rented the place for two nights. The additional fees are the same whether you rent for a few nights or the whole week so the per night cost goes way up.

It was wonderful having the beach right outside our door! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There was a drainage issue in the upstairs tub and sink in addition to the kitchen sink. All three should probably be looked into by the property manager. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Great place…. Beautiful sunrise view !!! Just steps to the beach for our morning walk. We wanted to getaway for a quiet weekend. Took a 30 min ride to Old Port of Portland for lunch, beer, and shopping. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Deluxe oceanfront apartment.
We told our friends that we rented a “deluxe apartment in the sky” and were not wrong. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and includes a well stocked kitchen. The living area is set up perfectly with views of the ocean. Our favorite spot was by far the deck overlooking the beach with the comfortable couch and dinning set up. Just right for coffee and a sunrise. The upstairs bedroom has the same view and option to enjoy the sunrise without getting up. Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves was a special treat. We love this place and plan to return again and again.

Great location!
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location right on the beach is perfect for families, and is within walking distance of the pier, play land etc. The indoor parking was great, although it is a very tight squeeze. (If you have a large pick-up truck you will not fit.) The house has beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys and body boards that can be used. The condo was clean except the floors need a good scrubbing, I would suggest bringing slippers or extra socks. Overall we had a fantastic time!!

Premiere location for a family and very clean!
We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! LOCATION!LOCATION! LOCATION! This condo is perfectly situated, close enough to walk to town for a meal or after dinner snack but far enough that the kids don't constantly beg to go to boardwalk. The condo is very clean and was spacious for our family to spread out for some quiet time when needed. We would set up our beach area first thing and then go back to the condo for lunch. It's such a short walk, which made it very easy to get back and forth. A couple things to note, the garage is bottom level and shared by all occupants with designated unit parking. If you have a large vehicle, it will be tough to fit two cars - back to back. This specific condo's access point is on the third level- (Ground Level is basement, Level 2 is condo; Level 3 is entry point to the two floor condo) this makes for amazing views but obviously stairs! I'd highly recommend this condo. We loved everything about our stay such a wonderful place. Thank you!

Heavenly home way from home
The property is exactly as described, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Being right at the beach was our dream! The beach area is huge and clean, not overcrowded even on the weekend! For kids, and adults the Peir and downtown area has plenty to do and see, including the amusements and arcade for kids. All within a very short walk but far enough away to avoid the crowd! We just loved it! Our favorite restaurant was The Bait Shed, something for everyone, but their lobster is exceptionally delicious! If you want a beachfront, this IS it!

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Only complaint is that the washing machine didn’t work. We had packed planning that we would be able to wash our clothes and had to wash them by hand in the sink. Everything else was wonderful!

Perfect location, great for walking to pier
Had a great time in mid June with three adults and two kids. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The view is absolutely gorgeous! Leave the windows open for the sound of waves all night. Kitchen was great for small meals, and plenty of restaurants and activities just a few blocks away!

lovely condo
the condo was in a great location so was fun to walk to restaurants. It was well furnished and an easy walk to the beach. The only not so good thing was that our room wasn't ready when we arrived....we waited way past the time they said we could check in. The cleaning girls were doing their best but they needed more time...so we didn't end up getting in to our condo till almost 5;30!the property manager did call to apologize , so that was nice,but beware...there was a not so friendly lady (an Owner of the next complex) who gave us a hard time about parking..she was actually rude. anyway we didn't let this hamper our stay... would highly recommend this place.!!!

Old Orchard Beach in October is vastly different than it is during the summer months. Whether or not you enjoy it is a function of what you’re looking for . . . we were looking for peace and quiet in a nice place overlooking a quiet secluded beach.

Wonderful vacation
The condo was perfect for my family of 5, including our 3 young children(7, 3, and 1). The location is perfect and the crashing waves were right there to watch and listen to. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking pots and other supplies. The condo was very clean and we were very happy with it for our week long stay there.

Nice layout for both the property and interior. The outdoor balcony was most enjoyable for an early sunrise. Plenty of room for added guests with (1) bath for each level. The kitchen was adequate with enough space to work in. Plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils The main living area was spacious with plenty of seating. The negatives. The parking for this unit, #4, was located within the first level garage. If your vehicle exceeds 76" in height you WILL NOT fit. There is no other parking available on the property for this unit. In addition, (2) small vehicles could park within this space but you will have to jockey them around. If the adjoining parking area in front is full, it will be a challenge. The space is VERY narrow getting in and out. Lastly, during our stay of 8/10/2020, we were inundated with black carpenter ants throughout the unit. I am sure other units were affected as well. An exterminator will have to be called for this.

Girl's Weekend Getaway
Perfect place for our annual girl's weekend! Very nice condo with a great balcony overlooking the beach. Within walking distance to pier, restaurants, and bars. We all had a great time and would definately stay again! A few helpful hints..bring toilet paper as we ran out the first day. The parking garage is very tight and has a low clearance. If you drive an SUV with a roof rack or a large SUV, you may have trouble fitting in the garage. Otherwise, amazing place!

Concerns about the unit
Needed to be checked for cleaning. Dirty towel on back of bathroom door, dust bunnies older bed,extra sheets wadded up and thrown in closet, and dirt and hairs on covers o f vents . No info on activities, reataurants, shopping or emergency numbers. Talked to the Vacasaperson today about my concerns
