« I must say for a 6 to 7 hour journey from Scotland with my partner we loved it such a beautiful place staff were welcoming very helpful and respectful food was incredible and the rooms were absolutely spotless shower was amazing bed was comfy and the television isn’t small either the seating areas are stunning to definitely coming back again thank you to staff for the lovely stay »

« The croissants were not available and the pastries were not fresh. Coffee was insipid. The bar was not always staffed during opening times. »

« The side entry pod was at the bottom of a quiet row. It was surprisingly well appointed with one of the best showers I’ve had when staying away for a long time and a comfy bed. The site itself had a fab shop with everything you could need. Will look to stay again when I’m in the area. »

« We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. There is also a mini fridge and bits for tea, coffee & hot chocolate and bonus cookies which were a lovely extra. The spa was very busy when we stayed but we still managed to try all the areas...

« I was really awful experience, they just at the bar reception for check in. Then after we through, we only there in a building. When we reached they just help to open a room, and disappeared. At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there. We want to ask to order a food...

« Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness. »
