"We had a great day! The room was spotless and well equipped, the staff was kind and courteous, and the location is ideal to restaurants. The only thing to note, and I noticed it is temporary, but we booked an executive suite and we’re disappointed that we did not have access to the executive launch because it is under construction at this time. I do wish we had been informed of this when making our reservation. They did accommodate us and serve meals and snacks in a different room, but we were looking forward to enjoying the view and our time upstairs. We would definitely return on another trip despite that disappointment and are excited to see the improvements that they’ve made as a result of that Construction."

"Ganga was wonderful as were all the ladies at the desk! Very clean , we felt very safe. Loved the large dining area. Definitely will stay again if ever in Concord again!"

"The overall experience here was ok. The property is not kept up. The rugs were overly soiled and stained. The patio outside looks like it would have been ok but I witnessed the cushions left in the chairs while it was raining. The desk personnel was not welcoming either. I can’t say I would return especially for the price I paid, the property was not worth it."

"I had a great stay! The room was very clean and well kept, which made everything feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options to start the day, and the parking was easy and convenient with plenty of space. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again! 💯✨"
