"Where do I start, honestly; I loved every aspect of my stay here. I enjoyed walking into the atrium and seeing a piano player in the lobby. The staff were stellar, and kind. My room was clean, easy to get to. I was greeted, thanked for my stay. The front parking lot is pay to park, whereas the west lot is free, but they have security patrolling 24/7."

"We got the room for the jacuzzi tub that when we got into to found out it didnt work by that point I was already in the tub so we didnt bother with trying to get it fixed or changing rooms. The thermostat foe the ac was only able to either to on heat or cold and you couldn't adjust the temperature. Other then that the room was very clean, the lobby was clean the breakfast was not bad and the breakfast area was very well maintained"

"Not happy about being denied a receipt by the front desk when I checked out. This is the first hotel in the past 6 years of utilizing Expedia to say that they wont provide a receipt, that I would have to get my receipt through Expedia. I will not be returning to this hotel."

"Pool "closed for the season"?! You mean Spring & Summer? T.V. did not work 1st night. Not enough towels for 4 guests. These rooms did not come with a microwave or coffee maker. Water park in town permanently shut down, The Plex facility permanently closed. For a Hotel with -by Hilton I expected more for the money spent. Breakfast wast nice, parking is ok if you check in early, otherwise good luck. Room was clean. Staff were above average. If you must stay in Wichita Falls, you could find something just as nice or better for less. Definitely shop around 1st and very all amenities are available."

"The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Breakfast was not very good, orange juice was horrible! The water trickled in our tub continuously and you could see it had done this for a while as the tub was stained from it. The entire bathroom needed to be painted and new caulking applied. The oversized tub was an issue trying to get in and out of safely, as the bottom of the tub was very slick."
