Hotel charged 2 weeks of unused nights x5 rooms and refused to refund. Then they rebooked the rooms to other guests and double dipped. Shady and fraudulent. Never received a call back from the manager, Monce.

There were no rollaway beds, no extra pillows, the continental breakfast was awful. They only service the hotel three days a week. The pool was a community pool for three hotels, so it was packed and dirty all the time and the beds had hair in it. The pillows on the bed were about half the size of a normal pillow. It’s obvious the owners skimp and do bare minimum to operate the hotel.
