The pub is literally a short stagger away though the property remains private and feels like a real little sanctuary. Beautiful countryside surrounds and I thoroughly recommend this cottage."

"The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished with some lovely welcome treats upon arrival. It was also a lovely quiet place. The only downside, personally, was we would have preferred a small table and chairs near the foot of the stairs over bar stools at a breakfast bar. Being able to use the log burner would have been nice but with a thatched roof, we understand the dangers of that."
