"We really enjoyed our stay at your wonderful property."

"Well equipped accommodation in a peaceful setting. Perfect for visiting Dartmoor and the local area."

"We had an extended family break in relatively poor weather, so we were not able to enjoy the grounds which would have been a great plus. Dispute this we totally enjoyed the property with its large rooms. The kitchen is a galley lay out but worked better for us with little people. The hosts were outstanding with a us especially as we caused a few unforeseen issues."

"A charming cottage with a friendly host in a lovely area. Enjoyed our stay ver much. "

"Completely detached barn. Very warm despite the weather being awful. Easy to find. Lovely layout. Had everything we needed and location was excellent , between Oakhampton and Tavistock. Very powerful shower and comfy couches and bed. Great size private garden but pity we couldnt sit out much but still very enjoyable"

"I can’t fault Tim & Gill’s cottage. It was excellent. Everything you needed was available. Basically apart your own belongings she supplied towels, washing up liquid, foil, salt & pepper etc., You are welcomed with fresh flower's on the dining table & the most lovely scones, jam & clotted cream, fresh eggs(from Gill’s own chicks) & milk. Amazing!! Everything spotless clean. Have already stayed a second time & will be back next year."

"Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable and all facilities to hand."
