Self check in was easy. Room was fairly spacious and comfortable. Room 203 has no wifi network, had to borrow the wifi from adjacent room.

Spacious room with an open kitchen. It’s perfect for those who do not want dining outside all the time. Love the room equipped with a washing machine and bathroom with a ventilating fan which could help dry up your laundry! The check-in process is really smooth and convenient. Some people who need an absolute quiet environment may need to be aware of the fact that you can hear trains passing by occasionally.

Positives: The self-Checkin and Checkout instructions are clear and easy to follow; zero hassle. The room is clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed the stay very much. I was able to park my rental car on-site for 3 days without any difficulties. Point to take note of: Light sleepers may wish to note that this property is located beside the train tracks.

Room is spacious, modern and with smart home control which was very convenient. The room was a bit dusty. And no lift. Location is good, just 5 mins walk from Beppu Station.

I like the space and its clean. Parking is not available while we stay there. Its 2 parking for the whole place. But There is coin parking down the street if u keep driving pass the hotel on the right side. Only 400 yen 2100 to 9 am.

When we arrived and checked in, and entered the assigned room, we quickly realized that the room was never cleaned from previous guests. The beds were all tossed, towels all over the bathroom floor, to of bottles and garbage on the counter. Lucky for me, my wife speaks Japanese and we were able to read the management company which resettled us in the same unit on the 2nd floor within about 15 minutes. If you didn't speak Japanese (which I don't) and arrived there, it would have been a moment of panic for sure. We were told that we would get confirmation of the rebooking into the new room, but it never came. We simply stayed the night and checked out the next day as planned. Overall the place is nice and comfortable, but was shocking to see it in it's messy state when we first arrived, never had that happen with any hotel or Airbnb I have stayed at ever.

タオルや歯ブラシ、洗濯機があるのが良かった！ 浴室乾燥機も助かりました。 アパートみたいな作り？だけど特にうるさくもなく過ごせました。 ご飯屋さんやドンキに歩いて行けて良かった。 Wi-Fiがあるはずなのに、自分たちのところは何故かなくて、フタッフさんが対応して隣りのWi-Fiを使えるようにしてくれたがWi-Fiが悪かった。 シャワーの勢いはあるが、シャワーヘッドが悪くて？痛かった。

廁所完全不通風

如果你對氣味很敏感，你就要留意了，房間很大，地理位置也不錯，在別府站附近，停車也算方便，附近有停車場，但房間設施不算新，餐檯很舊，床品有污漬，廁所的通風微弱到幾乎不通風，每次去完廁所那臭味都很嚴重！優點是：性價比高，有洗衣機，浴室大，有乾燥功能！

家族旅行で利用しました。 室内はきれいでしたが… 特にキッチン周りの清掃が行き届いてないでした。 シンク下の引き出しに入っていた食器の下に敷いて あるシートも汚れていて、お箸やスプーンの入った ケースや調理器具などの汚れも気になりました。 あとはお風呂に洗面器や座椅子もあれば良いなぁと 思いました。
