"This was the coolest place to throw party. We booked a band and gathered 35 of our nearest and dearest to celebrate my wifes 40th birthday. It could not have gone better. 18 bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The property was beautiful and private. Every single person in attendance started to immediately find excuses for us to come back. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful home on 50 acres. Enjoyed our stay. Good well water. Would have been perfect, if the jetted tub held water. And noise from the highway, 80, is heard day and night. ( did not keep us awake) Enjoyed walking the paths. Lots of birds. Porches were nice to sit outside. We had rain off and on. Enjoyed the fire pit, when we were able. Played games. Fun mini vacation."

"This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. Many charming antiques throughout the house and a beautiful (and large) hand made dining room table. We brought several kayaks and really enjoyed the river. Lisa was the best - very quick to reply...

"My sisters and mom stayed while celebrating our grandmother's 90th bday. This big beautiful home is like staying in a museum with family photos and treasures throughout the home. Window a/c kept us perfectly comfortable but the weather was nice enough to sit on the deck, watch the river, and play games. Home was very clean and there was plenty of hot water for our showers. "The property was exactly as described in the listing, immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. Stairs are steep from the main floor entrance to 2nd floor which is the main floor of the two floors included in rental. Nice and bright in day throughout unit. Balcony is nice and overlooks Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and university."

"We were attending a wedding on the Grove City Campus and needed a place to stay for the weekend. The house was lovely and it was set up well with everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 adults. The owners were very attentive in communication both before and during the trip. Very nice people!
