Village Location-6 minute walk to Ogunquit Beach-Great Spring and Fall rates

Conveniently located in the heart of Ogunquit Village. Walking distance to beautiful Ogunquit Beach, The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and nightlife. This charming, bright studio is located under the main house (walk out basement) and has full size windows, open bedroom with full size bed, a full size sleep sofa and an updated bathroom with shower. Amenities include: refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave & coffee maker. Great family location with a playground located across the street and trolley stop just steps away.

Ceilings are on the low side so not reccommended for anyone over 6 feet 2 inches tall.

Guests to provide sheets (full size bed and full size full out couch) and towels. We provide pillows, blankets, bed spreads and mattress pads. Sheets and towels can be provided for a fee.

The main house is also available for rent. (See Homeaway Listing #941258). In addition, the back upper/lower units are also available for rent. (See Homeaway Listing #948989 and #949635).

To small for me!!
The place was adorable and perfect location I should have seriously took note of the ceiling height.I am five eleven so was uncomfortable the most time,,,baby to bend my neck certain ways to accommodate shower and mirrors caused a made vertigo episode so we left Thursday,,, again it was my fault because you clearly made it known the place was adorable though...wouldn't mind seeing pictures of the other units though!!!thank you!!

Perfect location
My two teens and I stayed for five nights and it was perfect for us. IDEAL location downtown. Easy walk to everything. Well maintained. We’re used to small spaces, but do be prepared for a tight shower! But the pressure was fantastic and the water is magical because my hair never looked so good 😉. Internet was strong for teenagers in the evening and me streaming the Yankees. Loved it—thank you!

Perfect location!
The space was clean and it was large enough for myself and my teenage son. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, The Marginal Way, Perkin’s Cove and the beach. Perfect!
