Easy check in and parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Nice location with easy access to beach and shops. Lovely lawn area overlooking the water and very nice breakfast.

Outside around the property very well kept. The room we had the bed was not very comfortable. The dresser had 2 drawers that wouldn't stay shut. Was very dated, needs some updates.

Right by the water and the hotel is well maintained. Easy to go for walk on Marginal way and to the beach. The breakfast was good.

The location of the facility and the view from the dining area and terrasse made it a perfect destination to enjoy the seaside. Being able to walk to everything was also much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. Having designated a designated parking spot simplified the arrival process and stay.

Terrace By The Sea was wonderful! The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops on Main Street; it’s also a quick walk to Ogunquit Beach and the Marginal Way!

The location and views are what your paying for.. been going to Ogunquit for 25 years and I never stayed downtown.. the rooms were very basic but clean.. I would definitely go again
