    As a new construction home, there are plenty of convenient comforts available - from central A/C to a recently installed outdoor shower. With three televisions and high-speed wifi, there is plenty of resources for entertainment when you're not at the beach or enjoying the outdoor amenities.
    Step outside to a beautiful backyard or unwind on the balcony or deck. Enjoy the salt air while you sip an evening cocktail or morning coffee! This is truly a "park your car and forget it" location... the walkability is incredible and access to other local attractions is a breeze with a nearby trolley stop.
