![New Zelands most active cone volcano and one of the few active marine volcano that you can tour! A once in a lifetime experience but a tip for those who get sea sick, take something before the boat trip out there! The boat slowed down about half way out and it got a buy rocky but we got to see many dolphins so it was very cool! "Perfect room. Pleasant gentleman who checked us in. Short 5 min walk to great beach (early morning we were on the beach alone). Amenities include microwave, mini frig, toaster. Cute town. Hahei Explorer boat ride is informative and about an hour. Cathedral Cove walk is quite nice, but be prepared for some steepness (about 2 miles one way)."
