I can not say enough about the hotel and its staff. I arrived on Sept. 20, 2014 and checked out on Sept. 29th. From the moment I arrived until I left the hotel staff was absolutely excellent. First, I needed to change money to the Ukrainian currency...no problem, the hotel sent one of their staff to the bank to change my currency. The second day I was informed that my room was being upgraded so that I could have a balcony. The restaurant , although small was again excellent. Food was great, if...

The staff here are superb! Ladies at the front desk were very helpful with anything I asked for (even during air attack!) Housekeeping was outstanding and restaurant staff were great. The included breakfast was unbelievable! It‘s too bad a certain Mr Putin showed up from time to time but try as he might he could not spoil the atmosphere here.

Excellent, except two minor incidents with staff See description of details below

Fantastic and courteous service. Very comfortable apartment, bed.

General: Very clean, orderly, good value, conveniently located hotel with welcoming helpful staff and a superb buffet breakfast. Natural light plus slightly inadequate electric lighting (I like bright not subdued). SatTV is Russian and Ukrainian language only. Catch up on Belarussian news. WC: Large. Shower is new, water is hot,...

My stay did not start out well, but it quickly got better as the week went on. I was told upon my late evening check in that I could not have the suite room I had reserved, it was not available. The following day the manager called and explained about mechanical failure that had occurred in the room do to an exceptionally cold period in the region. To make up for my disappointment, they gave me a reduced room rate, and a discount on all services offered by the hotel. I found this to be quite...
