« Our FIRST rooms sofa bed was wet from someone peeing it. Staff put the fresh bedding on top of it. Then folded up the sofa. Then we tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn't working so we had to go down to the desk to talk to them about it. They did move us to another room. The hotel is in winter mode so our room was 77° and no ac. We called the front desk and they brought us a fan which helped. We also opened the door a bit. « The trip was great we stayed for 3 nights the first night was Saturday, the pool was very very busy with a couple of birthday parties at the same time, this ran over into the next morning causing a crazy and hectic breakfast. On the morning of our departure the hotel lost water and my smile and I were unable to use the restroom for the last few hours.
