Bed sheets could be better, the fitted sheet never stays on. Also, the mattress definitely needs to be changed. Its a large dip in the middle. Its sad because everything else is spectacular 😊 hope they fix this because we love to stay there.

Lovely stay - very clean - wonderful staff. Liked that there were two restaurants to choose from and a credit voucher to be used. Would have liked to use the pool but it was closed as well as the gym. Being completely renovated and should be open the end of April.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.

The hotel itself is beautiful. As a bit of a music nerd, I absolutely loved the paintings, photos, and overall vibe throughout the hotel — it’s honestly hard to beat. The décor, bar, and amenities make the place feel like a meticulously curated tribute to some of the greatest eras in music history. The room itself was comfortable overall. When we first arrived there was a noticeable smell — not like an industrial cleaner or anything harsh — but it was slightly irritating at first, though we did get used to it after a while. Street parking in the area is very difficult, but valet parking is available and the service was excellent. The only real disappointment was the “City View.” The room was essentially ground level and looked out toward Oceanex containers rather than the city. We chose the upgrade expecting a higher vantage point of the city, and had we known, we likely wouldn’t have paid the extra cost. It might be worth clarifying how those rooms are described so guests know what to expect when booking. Overall, the hotel itself is fantastic — just something to keep in mind when selecting the room type.
