We manage two condos in a six unit complex, If you are planning a larger family vacation,- rent two of these beautiful homes, can accommodate larger groups up to 14 people. One condo has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and one condo has 2 bedrooms, plus den room and 2 bathrooms. All units has private balcony with panoramic ocean views. We have ocean breezes, central air and heat in all of our properties. This space is located on the East side of Pacific Street close to the Oceanside Pier! You must be able to climb stairs. This property is on the second floor. There is a public beach park across the street which cannot be built upon. The Condo has 2 bedrooms plus DEN/office with built in desk. Queen beds in Master and guest bedroom. The DEN room has a twin and single size sleeper sofa AMENITIES: Free WI-FI thru Cox network Internet TV – Streaming only (NO CABLE), guest will need to log in into their own account for TV streaming channels or watch movies etc. Designated Working desk in one of the bedrooms which includes built in desk and desk chair. Walk in Shower in Master and guest bathrooms Central Heat & AC Washer and Dryer in unit High Chair, Beach chairs, boogie boards,umbrella, sand toys Fresh, cleaned linens & beach and bath towels provided Fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker, Stainless steel appliances Assigned parking 2 spaces – underground (garage clearance 6 feet' height). Steps to the beach.. children playground and beach across the street Maximum occupancy for 6 people Paper products, bath soap/shampoo, laundry and dish soap are provided start up only,,we are not re-stocking or providing these products for your whole stay. Other Things to Note: NO Fireplace, non operational and for decoration only. No Smoking, No Parties or Events, Complex does not have an elevator, you must take stairs up to the condo entrance, and stairs down into the garage, this is a top floor unit. STR Permit # 126034 City of Oceanside Good Neighborhood Policy STR Guest Responsibilities: 1\. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. 2\. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children). 3\. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm. 4\. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Revised 01/16/20 PLEASE BE ADVISED, ALL BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 60 days BEFORE ARRIVAL WILL REQUIRE THE BOOKER TO undergo an ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION CHECK within 10 days of first payment or check in. This verification will include photo of credit card,photo of front and back of I.D. and a selfie. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS THRESHOLD. The building is easy to access, very quiet and conveniently located for walking to the beach and restaurants.
