  • Bienvenue dans notre condo situé à l'étage du chalet face à la mer et offrant une vue dégagée sur l'océan depuis la chambre principale, le salon et la cuisine, ainsi que les sons de la mer qui remplissent chaque pièce du condo. Le sable et le bord de l'eau ne sont qu'à quelques pas!

    La suite parentale comprend un lit king-size confortable de qualité supérieure avec une belle literie nautique et des draps en coton à 400 fils. Cette chambre dispose d'une télévision par câble à écran plat, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une salle de bains privative attenante. Vous pouvez voir l'océan au lit! La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une belle literie tropicale et draps en coton 400 fils, télévision par câble à écran plat, ventilateur de plafond et vue sur le jardin. Le salon dispose d'un foyer à gaz, d'une télévision par câble à écran plat de 42 pouces avec lecteur DVD et d'un canapé-lit en cuir avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme pour plus de confort. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est fourni pour votre usage. Profitez des brises de l'océan et des couchers de soleil incroyables assis sur les chaises longues du balcon.

    La cuisine et les salles de bain ont des comptoirs en granit. Le mur du couloir entre l'entrée et la cuisine a été supprimé. Les armoires de cuisine ont été réaménagées, ce qui rend l'espace beaucoup plus ouvert et convivial.

    Cette charmante location de plage est entièrement meublée avec une cuisine fonctionnelle, des draps, des serviettes, des jouets de plage, des chaises de plage et un parasol fournis. Pack-n-Play est disponible dans ce condo. Une buanderie commune et des places de parking réservées sont situées dans le bâtiment voisin.

Amazing place to stay!

I really love North Coast Village. This was our second time staying there and it’s an incredible place for the whole family. Being right on the beach was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

If this condo was any closer to the ocean it would be in it! Very well stocked and maintained. The grounds are gorgeous! We liked everything and highly recommend.

Awesome vacation

Condo was awesome. We had everything we needed. Beautiful view, the roar of the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere. Condo has a lovely beachy decore. Furniture is very comfortable. We would have loved to stay forever.

Never Again

At high tide the waves are so noisy it was hard to sleep in the master bedroom. The other bedroom was quiet, but the mattresses were so hard they were uncomfortable. There was mold and rust thruout the condo. Two of the wall heaters were not working but were not really needed. This unit needs remodeling.

While the view from this oceanfront condo is lovely, there were multiple things that could have made for a better stay. To start, the listing stated there would be a children’s high chair and children’s plates / utensils- neither of which were present in the unit. The response we got when we inquired was to rent our own while they “looked into it”. This was frustrating as we booked this space specifically as it had advertised these items as being included. The property management company never followed up with us about this oversight of theirs, which was unprofessional. Next, as advertised - the unit does not have AC. It gets warm in the bedrooms at night. There were three portable room fans in various closets, however only one of those fans actually worked- the other two failed to turn on when plugged in. The sliding doors for the bedroom closets and the sliding screen to the balcony were in need of repair as they would barely open without getting stuck. The way the unit was stocked seemed like an afterthought- multiple mismatched mugs, no Tupperware, and no plastic glasses to use at the pool or hot tub. For what they charge for the unit, all of these things should be on lock. This was our fifth time at NCV and first time staying with “On the Sand”. We have had better stays with independent owners and/or other property management companies at NCV. The view and beach gear are the best things going for this listing.

Beautiful!!

Beautiful view!! Love the location! Beds were nice and comfortable! Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and beach chairs. The condo is older and could use some upgrades. The pool and the complex are well kept and very nice. We will come back and stay here again.

Can't beat the location/view/lovely sounds.

This is a great property for the value. We've never had such an amazing on the ocean property experience (sounded like we were sleeping on top of the waves). Comfortable furniture too. It's an older complex, and there's some close to the beach wear and tear (e.g., the bathrooms have some rust, etc). Some ant problems but the the property managers were responsive and helpful.

Beautiful View the Ocean

We had a girls week away and really enjoyed the condo. The ocean view was wonderful and the sunsets were amazing too. Short walk to the pier. The train to San Diego was awesome, we used it two days. The Farmers market on Thursday was a great way to try many different foods. The condo looked newer then it really is, much older building. Need better directions on how to use the fire place, we were on able to use it. Thank God for the wall heaters, they were great to get the chill out.. There are a few things I suggest you take a look at that are very inexpensive to take care of. The pillows in the master bedroom are in need of being replaced, they are flat. The binder with all of the awesome info should be replaced at least 2/3 time a year. It is all rusted on the inside. With no air conditioning, I can totally understand the moisture problem. The fan in the main bathroom didn't work, the rack in the master bathroom shower that holds shampoo, shavers etc needs replacing It is totally rusted.. The fan blades in the master bedroom need to be replaced., they are peeling. These things are very inexpensive to be replaced on a regular bases. We were totally bummed the pool was not heated, some part was ordered and had been out for months per other tenants. ALL coin change machines were out of change in all the buildings to be able to do laundry (on a Tuesday). Thank you for letting us rent your condo, we had a great week even with the weather a little cooler.

Enjoyable condo on the beach

The location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was perfect for having our grandchildren stay over for a few nights. It could use some updating and we experienced some ants in kitchen and bathroom. We did spray and that seemed to help.

Great place with fun amenities and the best views.

We had a great time and the only reason for 4 stars is due to a few minor repairs that could be taken care of. None of them really affected our over all experience. Thank You all and I will try to come back next year if your available.

Amazing Time!!!!

We had an amazing time in unit D20 at NCV. The unit is very well appointed. The kitchen appliances were fairly new. The dining table was very nice and able to accommodate our family. The sofa, love seat, and chair were so comfy. We spent most of our time on the deck just listening to and admiring the ocean. The location was perfect. Right on the beach. We loved the second story unit as the view of the beach was so wonderful. The beach and waves were perfect for our kids, although the locals said the waves were much higher than normal. Great for my daughter, not so much for my son (-: The community is also very, very nice. We used the hot tub, pool, ping pong table, and grills. The location was also perfect. We walked to the Oceanside Harbor every night for ice cream (good 'ol Nana's) and also ended up having 3 nice dinners there (gotta love Rocking Baja). Probably being overly picky giving it four stars, but the mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. It's no longer flat. The sides are much lower than the middle which made it somewhat hard to sleep. Also, I'd suggest some nicer pillows. They were hards as rocks. Net, my complaints are very minor. We would come here again in a heartbeat. And we would likely stay in the same unit. You can't go wrong with this rental!!!

Perfectly located, well maintained holiday home.

North Coast Village is perfectly located for a wonderful get away. The beach is steps away. Two playgrounds for young children are an easy walk. Walking and biking trails are easily accessible. Shopping, theatre and great restaurants are near by. The train system makes San Diego and Anaheim a short hop away. Golf? Too many courses to choose from. We would recommend a holiday here to anyone.

The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The property itself is beautiful. My kids love the pool. This was our third stay at Northcoast Village and we will always go back. We love it.

great beach location

We have stayed in this condo twice and love the location. The grounds of the complex are really beautiful and the amenities offered(pool, gym, mini golf)are super. The property managers are right on top of things if there is a problem with anything.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation location. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortably slept 3 adults and twin 6 yr olds. We have stayed at the complex before but never this condo. Liked kitchen remodel. Open and airy and right on the beach. Loved using the boogie boards and the jacuzzi after the beach is a must.
