Ground level not so much as to the left side of the property was the backside of an ATV shop (but that is clearly shown in the photo) Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing - all wonderful!! However, location location location !! Stonesthrow from the beach, motor entrance to the beach and 2 wonderful restaurants within a block. Host responded quickly to all questions. \*\*\* WHEELCHAIR ASSESSABLE - made this family vacation one for the memory book as that is needed for my husband in his wheelchair.
