Children are not permitted to utilize the elevator alone. Adult supervision is required. Ensure person(s) utilizing the elevator have a mobile phone on them during elevator use. Close accordion and main doors tightly on all levels. Do not attempt to open elevator doors prior to the call light turning off. Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use is not permitted on the property. Underage drinking is not permitted. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum, particularly in the late evening until morning. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the property management company immediately. The proximity to the beach was great but we spent most of our time at the pool. The young adults and grandchildren loved having our own pool. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to all of the fun (beach, ice cream, putt putt, cocktails, souvenirs)! The neighborhood was very nice, safe to walk. Having golf cart was a huge help when wanting to get to/from shops & restaurants as it can be a long walk when it is hot. The house itself was clean and worked well for our extended family of 14\. Good set up with bunk rooms for kids. Pool area was nice, but not private with neighboring houses with decks all around. Construction going on currently right behind the house which may be bothersome for renters the next couple months. Primary complaint is limited supply of bath & kitchen towels, felt like we had to do laundry constantly to keep things fresh. Overall we had a very enjoyable week at the beach. ##### Kara A.
