The property was exactly as described. The owners have a marina as well as the B&B and you're staying right on the waterfront. Food was culinary treat and location was central to all I needed to do in the area. Patti was fun and helpful and I felt right at home while visiting my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson in NJ. Jane and Ellie made the stay fun - (the dogs).

The hotel was sufficient for our needs with basic amenities. Very clean rooms and property and very friendly staff. The price per night though was similar to a 4-5 star hotel in a major city, but I suppose to be expected in a touristy beach town on the first weekend of summer.
