"Hotel has been renovated. It’s a basic beach hotel—not luxurious in any way. No mattress pad on bed and cheap throw. A little loud outside on weekends so close to boardwalk. Confusion on expedias/VRBO with check in and had to give ID twice and check in twice online to get room check in info. Good restaurants and boardwalk in super close proximity."

"The communication with the host in the beginning was good. Answered all questions I had regarding my reservation, even confirmed the details of the room prior to arrival. (King bed and pull out full size sofa). However this was not the case when we checked in. We got a king size bed and a smaller than a twin bed cot. We didnt get the room we paid for but We managed. "This place is a gem. Walking distance from the boardwalk and restaurants and beach. The room was spacious and clean,and the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was delightful after a long day. What made our stay so special was that we were greeted by the manager Rita upon our arrival, who is delightful and funny and extremely accommodating. My husband and I look forward to going back for another fun weekend soon."
