"Returned to room after a funeral to find out the beds were not made, and the bathrooms were not cleaned or restocked with towels. Tried to call the front desk, but the phone did not work; therefore, I had to walk to the front desk to explain the issue. The front desk representative explained that the check-in staff should have informed me of the policy. He then gave me a set of towels, some of which were stained. I would have stayed at a 1-star place instead of paying the price charged for this type of service. This is the first and last time I will stay at one of these chains."
