Pros: Super staff & breakfast Cons: parking lot lighting was very dim (felt unsafe) and hotel needs a good cleaning and remodeling (rusty shower)

One of the newer Sleep Inns. Has an elevator and rooms and bathrooms are larger than many Sleep Inns. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

They were given ample notice there would be no water from 9pm-4am...they did nothing to gather water ahead for the coffe pots & the kitchen....no flushing toilets even at 9 am...no preparation for the coffee pots & kitchen...the toilets was not thier fault however...every one suffered

"Returned to room after a funeral to find out the beds were not made, and the bathrooms were not cleaned or restocked with towels. Tried to call the front desk, but the phone did not work; therefore, I had to walk to the front desk to explain the issue. The front desk representative explained that the check-in staff should have informed me of the policy. He then gave me a set of towels, some of which were stained. I would have stayed at a 1-star place instead of paying the price charged for this type of service. This is the first and last time I will stay at one of these chains."

The building needs major updating. Shower leaked, bathroom tiles old and dirty, hallway carpets needed vacuuming, no TV remote in room, although we did get one.. Exterior room window was dirty. Bed was fine and the breakfast was ok.

Check in clerk was not friendly or informative,love seat in suite was dirty, stain on coverlet (maybe ink) came almost all off with use of wet wipe, bed was very hard not comfortable at all

Carpets in the hall and rooms were dirty should be replaced. Elevator was creaky and old. Bedspread had a few stains. Blanket was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable.

It is right off the turnpike which makes it a great place to stay. We were visiting family in Belleview. Their free continental breakfasts is one of the better ones offered.
