Perfect House
The title says it all. This properly met all my expectations, as far as, style, efficiency, convenience, and most importantly security. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, and cool place to stay.

Welcoming Whimsy
We were traveling as a family for a late event and decided to make a nice overnight out of it. Villa Pearl was more than we could have hoped for. Our stay was comfortable and easy, the house is very well planned out and delightfully decorated. My children’s favorite part of the visit was discovering the charming little piglet figurines tucked away through out the home. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful Pearl
The Pearl is a beautiful home, wonderfully and artistically decorated. The rooms were out of this world. We definitely felt like we weren't in a rough spot of Oakland. Although we didn't feel too safe enough to walk to the nearest park we did drive there and there were very friendly neighbors that waved hello.

Perfect for a group couples getaway
This was the perfect place for 3 couples to stay for 4 nights! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which were well stocked and very clean. The kitchen had all the comforts of home and was also very clean. The host was responsive and gave good local restaurant recommendations. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
