"I enjoyed my 3 night stay. 24hr free fresh coffee available. Breakfast delicious, well cooked and appreciated the variety of foods, fruits, juices, cereals; even waffle maker! My only dissapointment was the computer / printer area access door was locked due to "it is not working" ( was the phrase given). Location was perfect for me. I almost chose a different hotel because of the "bedbug" reviews. Then read where even 5 star hotels have bed bugs. Trust me i was vigilant and did not detect any bed bugs during my 3 night stay. Best parts -- Friendly , Clean and Smoke free!! "

"Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so it’s a double whammy"

"Parking lot needs several large pot holes fixed. There is some mold in the shower ceiling. The staff was friendly but I called and asked for towels and the front desk told me I can come get them. I probably wouldn’t return. "

"First of all they waited until i git there to tell me that i had to pay $100 security deposit. The room was raggedy and it had roaches in it. The bathroom sink was broken. The towels had hair on it and the floor had burn marks everywhere. The bed barely had cover on it also. Also, the elevator stopped working."

"The lady at the front desk for evening/night check ins was absolutely wonderful! After that however, the TV was setup for streaming, but it would never connect to the internet so we couldn't use it. The water took a LONG time to get hot and then didn't last long. The morning we went to check out our door was blocked by the house keeping cart, the door across the hall was open, they were sitting in that room and came to move the cart when they realized we were there. Overall it was ok."

"Clean and well designed rooms. Linens were not good quality and sheets did not stay in place. Breakfast lacked any protein or fruit. Only had cereals, bread and pastries. Coffee not good and only provided powder creamer "
