« There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. « Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great.
