"I would rate this as a 3 out of 10. It gets the 3 stars for closeness to Ojai and the beach. There is no air conditioning and upon arrival at 9:00pm, the room was way hotter inside than the temperature was outside. The two ceiling fans and one tiny fan do little to cool the space down.
