Location: It's located in the old town so everything is an easy walk. This includes restaurants, pubs and sites. Parking is offside but only a 5 min walk and convenient for access and departure. Hotel: Comfortable basic rooms that is good for a 2-3 day stay. Staff: Very nice and helpful. Gave suggestions for restaurants and things to see.

Stayed 2 nights and were very happy. The staff is first rate; very friendly and helpful in suggesting eateries and places to see. Our room was very spacious, clean and air conditioned. As it has been very warm in Germany this year, the A/C was very important. Got to meet the owner, Ralf, and had some great conversations. If you're ever in Nuremberg, stay here. You'll be glad you did.

The 1950s theme of this modest hotel is quite appealing (including rotary-dial phone in the room). Because the hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood, parking can be difficult, so one may have to put the "lug" in "luggage". There is no designated parking and no parking garage, contrary to the website information. Website also claims 24-hour service desk, which is also inaccurate, not that it mattered to me. From check in to check out the staff at this hotel were wonderful. The room was large and quiet despite being beside a train station. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to discover old town and easy to navigate with the nearby train station. The breakfast was wonderful.
