"Great central location in Grindewald. Spectacular breakfast and very helpful/friendly staff. Very easy to get to anything in Grindewald, close to bus station that takes you to Grindewald terminal within 5-10 min. Lots of amenities like a gym and spa that we did not get to use since we were traveling with young children. Would be a great hotel for couples. If you are traveling as a family and don’t plan on using all of the amenities, it might be worth opting for a less expensive hotel. Either way, though, it was a great stay."

"Totally enjoyed our stay. We picked the special loft style space with bedroom upstairs and amazing view - highly recommend. All the staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed morning breakfast. Even with a huge tour group, all food was freshly prepared and well stocked with a variety of options. Also super convenient to train station."
